Hey guys, glad to be here in this group, I know everyone so far in this one will be more active due to how new it is. Just wanted to get your opinions on my next planned cycle.

I recently got a coach because I noticed I wasn’t keep myself accountable. Guy has been really good and I’ve been making great progress.

My current stats according to my most recent body scan has me at 220lbs and 12.5% bf, but I know I’m closer to 15%, at 5’11”

My current diet my coach has me on is Protein: 276G, Carbs 703G, Fat: 69G

Current cycle is test E 600mg, NPP 300mg, EQ 200mg, and just added 15mg of dbol a day

My next cycle my coach gave me is
Weeks 1-10
Test C: 750mg
NPP: 400mg
EQ: 200mg
Weeks 11- 16ish (undecided so far, will be based on progress)
Tren Ace 300mg
Mast P 300mg

Now here is why I’m asking you guys, I wanna jump up a fair amount on this next cycle, like 10lbs at least, 20lbs at most. I feel like I should be on higher doses, but evidently since I’m progressing well on my current doses my coach doesn’t see a point in making my doses higher. What do you guys think?

Sorry there will be, I just forgot to add that in. My coach will probably keep the test close to the same if I had to guess but test is the first thing we manipulate if I start having adverse sides

Nah, this is just an off-season cycle, my coach wants to see at the end how my body reacts to Tren while also still adding mass

Nice... In my experience the short esters keep me lean even if I’m not trying too.

I wish you had more than 10 weeks! If you had +12 weeks I would say to just boost that EQ way up to 600-800mgs, and allow that to contribute lean tissue gains by the end with minimal risk of sides when compared to boosting either of those other compounds.

Do you B&C or cycle?

I personally don't like taking test even as high as you have it. I like to let the other compounds run the show, including nandralone. Have you asked your coach about lower test and higher NPP? Something like 300/900? Personally that's what I would rather do. But I have no way of knowing what your body is likely to have the most success with.

I should have mentioned this, the EQ is solely there for the hunger increase, which for me starts very early.

As for the test, I do pretty well with it high, but I see where you are coming from with the nandrolone approach. I have never run nandrolone that high because test already worked so well for me. I will mention it and get his opinion

I figured that's why you are running low dose EQ, I just am saying that running that higher on top of what you're already doing would only contribute positively to your tissue gain in the end, supposing you had enough time to let that ester do it's thing

That’s true and I see that, tbh the only reason I haven’t argued with my coach to go up with doses is that he had put on size without it, so why argue. I think eventually I will take your advice on the higher nandrolone or EQ, I’ll just have to see how my bloods come back at with this cycle

Ya man, and I wouldn't universally recommend higher nandralone. I just am in the camp of higher nandro, lower test. That feels better for me, but I know that people who experience less intense side effects of higher test really benefit in bulks, using higher test doses. It's just that for me, it magnifies all sides from all the compounds way more, so I prefer less wet, less test mass gaining phases. If you do well with higher test, then this cycle your coach laid out may be great for you.

Is there a reason you need to only do 10 weeks? Or is it 10 weeks because he wanted to stick to NPP?

10 for the NPP reasoning and the he wants to try the tren since a lot of people have had good results with his diet and tren for bulking. Staying on NPP any longer would mean I’d be on tren at the end of a very very long cycle, which is asking for trouble

Gotcha. I personally don't experience any issues with tren unless i run it over 500-600mgs. BUT it also seems to be another compound where people either love or hate having higher test. Me being hate. Why does he want you using masteron if the goal is to continue bulking? Dont get me wrong, I like mast even on certain mass gaining phases, but i'm just curious his logic.

He put it in there assuming I’d need it. He doesn’t want me to get too fat and watery during this next push so he is planning on using the mast to help with that aspect in conjunction with the Tren to try and recomp as I continue bulking

Gotcha well honestly, if you trusted this coach in the first place, and that's why you chose him, I would feel inclined to just trust him and do it as he says it at least once, to see how it goes and how he handles it as it progresses. Many of us know exactly how we need to achieve our goals and what we need to do to get to them, BUT we sometimes still choose to hire coaches. The reason isn't usually because they have some special knowledge that we dont, (unless they're an endo male hormone specialist or some shit). It's usually because we want that extra layer of commitment and reason not to slip and slack on our plan.

Regardless of what you decide is best, let me know how it goes!
