high protein low carb treats???...anyone, everyone...help

ad

What is happening guys and gals?! So I have been eating this nice, healthy and mostly bland diet now for years...sounds about right, doesn't it?

Now..this past year, my girlfriend has decided she wants to get in really good beach body shape for the summer. I am trying to do my best in helping her with her diet by pretty much following my lead. Obviously she doesn't eat the amount of food I do...but I have tailored what I do and how I do it with her macro requirements.

The issue is...she is real tired of the same foods day in and day out and honestly after all this time, I am finally getting real tired of the monotiny myself. Can anyone out there help with some ideas for good protein low carb snacks??...cuz I am running out of options. Thank you much for the help :-)

I'd have to ask her. She's made protein bars. There are some recipes on bodybuildingdotcom that she gets ideas from. You guys should browse around on there.
