+ 1 Problem with High Estrogens...help

ad

In the past years I've run some messed up cycles and not properl (I don't run cycles anymore since like 5 years), nowdays I discovered that of course something is wrong, my E2 is very high for being a male, my first blood test measured 124.

I explained everything to my endocrinologist and she wanted me to do a series of exams to exclude the possibility of a testicle tumor, luckily my nuts are perfectly healthy. She then put me on HCG for 8 weeks (I was skeptical about it) and made me do labs again, e2 is now 133,0 pg/ml, base test is 6.54 ng/ml, free test is 7,20 pg/ml.

I asked her to put me on AI but she won't do it because she says my "profile" doesn't fill the requirement to get that medication. She wants instead to put me on testosterone ... so I just dropped her. My country is very conservative even in medicine when it comes to this stuff.

Now, I'm very desperate 'cause I'm not feeling myself anymore since a long time (Even though saddily I got used to it), don't have sex since a long time 'cause I don't feel like it, erections are gone even when masturbating.

Since I'm done wasting more time and money on this kind of doctors in my country I ordered out of desperation Aromasin from one of the sources on this site (and waiting for it to arrive desperately), I picked that one since it's very strong (as my E2 are very high as mentioned earlier) and requires less planning since it's suicidal.

Now I'm asking for suggestions on how to start the dosage in my particular case and to understand which is the one right for me, keeping in mind that I have the possibility to go check my E2 levels again in a private clinic, thanks...

thats so weird she put you on HCG after 5 years because its known to raise E2. have you been on TRT or no androgens at all? You need to get a FULL PANAL blood test. Im talking EVERYTHING you can think of. Yea id go to a MENS clinic and talk to a MALE Dr. that can help you. Do an Ultra Sensitive E2 test as well just in case. If you test is low then you may just need TRT. Aromison is kill. Its a suicide inhibitor so be careful not to crush it to hard. Good luck.

There’s so many things that could be going on, it’s nearly impossible to diagnose without a complete blood panel and a little more history on your past PED use. No cycles for 5 years, but are you still using any testosterone? What were the cycles you did in the past? A healthy body will fight for homeostasis, something is throwing you way off. Not defending your physician, but she followed an accepted protocol. There’s ethics involved that tie their hands on what they can prescribe. It’ll work out bud.

Test is low and e2 is high. Find a better doctor that can help you balance those two

I'm not in the medical profession/Doctor, but it's not usually ideal to purchase a compound THEN inquire about how to take/dose it. Doing that same thing with gear and improper cycles is what got you in the current predicament youre in in the first place. I suggest seeing another endo as your issue is impossible to pinpoint without one and having further tests/bloodwork done. Good luck

HCG is known to increase E2 so not a good choice when E2 is already high.
Regarding your case its a tricky one. If your Test would be high we woul have known the cause of high E2 but your T is on the low end of normal. You will need a good Doc to figure this out definitely should get more tests to see whats going on.

I never did pct in my previous cycles when I used to do them, so couldn't it be that my E2 levels are still messed up from then? I bet that it is.

If it‘s a year back I highly doubt that since estrogen increases or decreases with testosterone. If test goes up E2 will and the other way around.
If yours is chronically elevated there is most likely some underlying condition if you aren’t overweight.

Some people are naturally prone to high aromatization but since your test levels are on the low end too it’s very abnormal.
