Training split

hello everyone, how would you split this type of training

legs
shoulders + triceps
back
chest + biceps

or

legs
shoulders
back
chest
triceps + biceps

how would you split it and why? what do you think about this split? what’s your training routine ?

maybe it’s better to train back after legs then shoulders?

Looks like a horse apiece to me. Probably both would work. Try them both out and see what you like. You should be able to know within a few weeks if it feels good or not and then adjust as necessary. One thing I would recommend eventually though once you get advanced enough is to split legs into 2 days. One quad dominant and one ham dominant. If I had to pick one or other that you have posted I would go with the first but split the legs up like I mentioned. Add the second leg workout in after back and then take the weekend off to rest and then repeat.

I split mine the 2nd way you posted.

Legs/ Chest / Back / Shoulders/ Arms / Cardio 6 day workout week rest sundays.

about that pics what people talk below I would like to say few words, yes I posted them and deleted because people started negging it, why somebody would do that? it was honest post, I wanted to share it to show people how Im gonna change and post pics later with the transformation, maybe people remember me with 90kg like year ago, stats are now yes old and Im gonna change them if it’s that big deal, like you never had life problems, depression? I did had it and lost few kgs, about cycle Im gonna run, Im not 20 or 25 anymore, it’s my choice and my life Im using steroids since Im 18 and IDONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, also thank you very much if you care about my health but you don’t have to it’s my choice to use gear

also about karma yes I have 85 karma thats not much but Im not here since yesterday that why

This is a great example of why you don’t want to start steroids too young.
Sunam never you never learned how to eat or train properly before throwing juice in the mix, now no matter how much you run you aren’t seeing results and at the same time you’re taxing your organs. I’d urge you to pct, get whatever natural function you can get out of your balls, and naturally bulk up to a lean 220 before touching another drug.

What you’ll learn on that journey will pay off tenfold if you decide to hop back on juice at that point.
If you keep up like this it will just be more of this back and forth and your depression will worsen and your results will stall and backslide.

your right I admit that but can’t help myself I am not able to train without juice, so I can’t imagine gym without juice

I will show you results in 3 months and prove you that Im not that bad as you think, I need some improvements that true

I was working out 17 years natty in the gym before even think about juice so from my perspective this is absolute nonsense. I think in older generation was always ´juice´ for older guys who were losing their own TST production or powerlifters who needed it for the sport.

Amen. It’s also the worst way to go about things progress wise because you’re stunting your growth. Develop a world class physique before adding anything and it pays dividends down the line. Start too early and you have to just keep upping the dose.

Get your macros down. Skys the limit man
Without knowing your calories how will you know when to drop them or raise them
Calories;protein;carbs;fats. At certain times some of us keep track of sodium
You owe it to yourself to put it all together
Also start your diet before you start your gear. Why waste the gear without getting that diet straightened out

Im 80kg right and yes stats are a bit old because I had some depression and live problems and lost 10kg, what’s the problem? you never had issues in your live? I lot of people saw my pic when I was 90kg it was maybe year ago but I deleted it

I didn’t see the pics. He still needs a training guide. Doesn’t seem like he should be on cycle yet. Sounds like he needs to focus on nutrition while dialing in training.

Based on what people below are saying you should think over what you're doing. But as for me I do leg day as a separate day as these are the biggest muscles we have. If you kill em you need to recover. You could throw a small part like bi's in there optional!

Based on the pics you posted in your previous now deleted thread - I think you should just do all body workouts three times a week to build some overall size, before attempting to hit specific target muscle groups. That's for intermediate and advanced trainers.

After seeing your body shots that you posted earlier but then swiftly took down I think you are way over thinking all of this - You need to just build some basic muscle on your frame first. Do no more than 2 days straight training then a proper days rest incorporating 110% adequate nutrition - from the images I saw you easily looked underweight and are nowhere near ready to be cycling yet either, let alone be running anadrol which you suggested you were going to do.

Big basic lifts & big eating are the 2 main priorites not 4 day on split training routines ....

Before this post he put up another containing some body shots of him looking very underweight to say the least in it. He stated he was about to start a cycle of Test / Primo & Anadrol 50 and asking opinions on this, to which myself and Boldenone left a comment on basically advising against it. For a 4 day I like

Hams/lower back/calves (deadlift day)
Back/tris (weighted pull up day)
Quads/shoulders (squat day)
Chest/bis (Bench day)

Everything gets hit hard once a week and secondarily once a week, and shoulders get hit an extra time because they recover quickly and can take a beating.

It also allows for 3 rest days, two of which I’d do farmers walks, sandbag carries, sprints or walk.

That said I don’t train in splits anymore since I moved to powerlifting/strongman. But that’s what I liked when I did more of a power building style.
