Hi all,

From all my reading I can see many of us tend to ask the same question in different ways so my apologies in advance if this seems repeat.

Bottom line I am looking to start a mass building cycle in two months, something to last 12 to 16 weeks, can be a single program, or two programs just to break it up.

Focuses would be to up my strength specifically in the 4 bit ones, over head press, flat bench, squat, and dead-lift.

Secondary focus is for just putting in more serious muscle size (overall size and improved muscle density)

I will be using a decent cycle, NPP, TEST, etc.... thinking of using HGH for a few time, or even peptides, not sure yet, the NPP is new but its in replace for Tren A which i found was great for shred but was told NPP was great for building. Cycle range from 12 to at most 16 weeks likely than take a long break.

What I am looking for is a good program, or combination of programs to achieve these goals, weakest points, biceps are less than where i want them, i weigh in at 171 @ around 9 - 10% BF, bench is 285 ORM, Squat, 315 ORM, DL, 365 ORM, and Overhead Press 205 ORM (Seated).

So basically really trying to blast through some of those plateaus
