Which body part do you prefer to train on this day?
I personally do a strong 5x5 workout ( Squat, Bench press, Deadlift ).
On this day I work with high volumes.
What do you train ?

Mondays I hit arms biceps/triceps
Mainly because everyone else is hitting chest and or back so its easier to navigate the gym doing arms than the latter.
I did Deadlifts today - Are you saying you train all 3 lifts on the same day? ...
Brother, My brain says yes.
. I train 3 times a week. Following: Wednesday- back- (great work on the Pull Up), Friday chest high and shoulders. (10/12 repetitions)
Only basic exercises.
Everyone does it differently; so it's just a matter of opinion and choice!
The important thing is to change the training stimulus. I share

I just rest on Monday it’s so annoying or I just go to park do some cardio

three days a week is my favorite supercompensation workout.

I did chest and bi's but only because it was up next, I'm doing Makwa's Brutal Month of Arms.

Train bench twice a week - Tuesdays & Fridays. None of this once a week stuff lol
I Do bench thursday and sunday that Way i avoid the fuckboys only training chest shoulder and arms haha
Dude, I personally prefer to rest on Sundays :-)
Many others Do to Thats Why i Do sundays ;) Nice and empty the Way i like it
I've got a booster call on the bench too, Friday the top.

Yeah its like a fight club getting a bench om mondays . Early mornings is my Favorite a great Way to start the Day and pretty empty

It's 33 degrees on my island, and the temperature's gonna go up again. Training in the evening is the right choice. And then the gyms are empty.
