+ 4 Best preworkouts?

A lot of the preworkouts that actually work have been banned now and any that aren't are about as effective as a cup of coffee.

What do you guys recommend for that preworkout advantage??

Some recommend cialis or viagra for the pump.
Other say dbol and sdrol can be great preworkout.
Dr tony huge from advanced athlete swears by baking soda for him.
Personally a few grams of carbs does me just fine.

So, what's your secret weapons for blasting through your workout? Need some advice as I'm slowly cutting and want to keep my intensity up.

I stay away from stimulants for the most part. Just some NO enhancers and creatine with some BCAA's.

First Happy Thanksgiving to all...
My best preworkout truly is a stressed out day. It's free motivation and for myself working out is healthy mentally. I think we all can attest to working through tough scenarios during a workout. It gives me time and focus to make better decisions without a knee jerk reaction or better yet fueled by emotion. After my workouts even though im tore down and beat, my thought process is far more clear. Enjoy the holidays and eat an extra plate.

I'm going to change my answer to will power. Your either going to do it or your not. I can also tell which members have desk jobs on this thread. That's not an insult because all work is honorable and has my respect. My point is a man's body is not meant to set all day. A 30 year old guy should be able to party the night before wake up screw, workout and head to work with no problem. If your not going to earn a living as a bodybuilder and your abstaining from sex and need a shot of no ester and caffeine pills to get through your workout somethings not right.

I have to agree. If you need to pump yourself full of drugs just to go and train, then its time to take a long hard look at why you are doing it in the first place. I used to be that guy who needed all the fancy pump shit and all the dmaa or dmha until that fateful week I ran out. I had nothing but coffee and a full mp3 player. I can honestly say I felt more of an accomplishment pushing through those sets while not pumped full of drugs than I did tweaking from so many different chems racing through my body.

Its like school, if you have to cheat to pass a test, then when it comes time to use that knowledge you cheated on you are fucked.

I read through some of these posts and not just this one and all i can say is wow. Some of you guys are shooting up tne and mixing it with cialis and or viagra then taking a preworkout.

Is your body training or is it the drugs? I called it shooting up because it reminds me of a drug addict.

Earlier I've used pwo boosters, but this times are over. I don't like the feeling on stims during workout anymore. Just sometimes when I've had a bad night, I use ephedrin for waking up. But only two or three times a year. Eating properly or using a pwo shake with carbs and whey works better for me, than boosters.

Things I've used pre workout back then were eca, dmaa and sometimes dbol or tbol.

Btw, i don't like the chemical sweet taste of the boosters you can buy.

Nothing to learn bro. In and out. Pull em up and off to the gym. Out of there eat and head to work. Nobodys workouts are perfect every day but to me work is my 1 priority. The weights and sex woulnt be there without the job. Maybe you earn a living with it. Guys that arent need to have there priorities in line.

Lol sure have. Damn sure didnt turn it down either. What really sucks is if you have to shovel rock or bust rocks with a sledge hammer at work all night. I've done that many times after shoulders and sex.

I like to sit down before workout and slowly sip my black coffee thinking of the exercises I will perform that day, to me that’s the best pre workout ritual.

I know it sounds a bit mundane but I personally think just eating right esp the 6/8 hours leading up to the session is way more important than any stimulant - eating correctly and getting loaded up on proper energy rich foods is much better than training on basically 'false' and empty energy provided by extremely unhealthy pre workout mixes. A white jacket potatoe & tuna together with a carb rich drink is enough for me to get a really productive session everytime.

Your experience was better than mine. Back when I did fall for the preworkout hype I remember Mesomorph being the most disappointing of all I tried. Very expensive and didn’t do a damn thing that some basic bitch pre like C-4 did.

I've been experimenting with tyrosine preworkout for the dopamine boost and motivation, that and i've always used some apple juice preworkout or munch some fruit, I just don't like caffeine though

I can't use the stimulants. I just get gassed out too quick and then cant sleep at night. I've been working on carb timing. Low to no carbs early in the day. Then 12 A big salad spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, eggs and cheese. About 1:30 2 cups brown rice 1 cup quinoa and 10 oz salmon. 2:30 2 cups dry oats, 1 cup milk, hand full of blueberries and a scoop of vanilla protien in the blender then to the gym. I can make it a solid hour an half. One more carb meal after white rice and chicken then cut carbs out after 5. Seems to keep me going and i sleep all night

Just black coffee. That stuff in PWOs was banned for a reason. Too easy to get hooked on and become dependent on it. Then once you’ve built a tolerance you’re just lining the pockets of supplement companies to either get just a normal session with one scoop, or pay double to take two scoops. Then the tolerance builds up even more and you eventually need stronger and stronger shit, and more of it.

Not a good path to go down, all those uppers. Not good on the heart and nervous system at all. Totally not worth it. To me, at least.

Or it kills you. Kid in my hometown died last year from too much preworkout and an undiagnosed heart condition. Poor guy worked at the local taco spot and was like 19 years old.
Those are the people using powdered pre workouts too. Kids who don’t know any better.
