My daily diet is almost always the same. I would love to hear what you guys have eaten today. I love talking about food and watching the food Chanel. This is also a great way to possibly pick up a tip or get a new idea. I’m all ears...

So far
12 eggs three protein bagel
And 16 oz ground sirloin
Couple of days late but better late then never. Just estimates on actual measurments.
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 whole chopped up Apple
2 tsp cinnamon
8 oz's milk
Post w/o
Handful gummy bears >.<
8 oz shake 48g protein mixed with powdered milk.

6 oz's lightly smoked sardines
1/2 cup refried beans
2 boiled eggs
1/2 cup brown rice
Linner (Couldn't think of a name for between lunch and dinner)
8 oz milk
2 tbsp almond butter on wheat with a squirt of honey. (If you haven't tried almond butter, it's a nice alternative to peanut butter with more fiber and other vitamins.
Dinner to be served here soon:
2 chicken breast grilled
1/2 cup of peas
1 Cup cooked brown rice
1 orange for desert
Before bed:
2 scoops protein shake 48grm protein
1 whole banana
Cup of ice
1 Cup Greek yogurt
Blended smoothly:)

Anybody that weighs fruit out deserves a plus one. I’m sure your aware of this but your ocd. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but it will get worse as you get older.
Oh it’s worse than you think. I don’t even use the scoop that comes with my whey protein. I weigh the whey out on a scale with the blender tared on it lol. I can’t help it. If my OCD works to my advantage, something good comes out of it, that’s what I say.
Everything! My appetite is off the hook right now. My favorite meal though is breakfast which is also my post w/o meal. 5 egg whites, 3 whole, a good handful( around 150gm) shredded (precooked)chicken breast, ground flax, little bit of canned spinach, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Cook that all up together and eat it along with a few pieces of Ezekiel sesame bread. Good shit!
If you've never tried chicken in your eggs before, give it a shot. I was surprised at how well they match up.
I’ll try that. I eat six egg whites a cup of cottage cheese and steel cut oats with Splenda every morning.
I will have a cup of instant oats with a spoonful of honey as my preworkout meal. Which is usually around 4:30am. Just to get some good food in me. Love me some cottage cheese too!

Breakfast was a chocolate covered doughnut. lunch was 4oz turkey breast with 4oz mexican queso rice washed down with 32 oz coffee with powdered creamer and truvia. Dinner was 8oz salmon fillet with skin and a cup of eggnog ice cream washed down with 16oz iced green tea. A casein protein shake will wrap up my night. Thats how you macro lol. Eod is a refeed, tomorrow will be oatmeal for breakfast, 4 egg white omelet with cheese and pasta for lunch, dinner will be a 28oz porterhouse with a baked sweet potato and asparagus. Gotta confuse the body right babe?

Got a new hot sauce for you, the cholula green pepper sauce. I picked up a 64 oz bottle from a friend and have been putting it on all my chicken/rice and fish/rice meals. It's got good heat with a nice acidic bite as well. Give it a whirl.
I pretty much eat chicken rice and broccoli 3-6 times a day with a couple egg white and fruit smoothies here and there.

I go light on the sauce for less salt. Usually i add a good teaspoon of crushed red pepper for the capsaicin and sweat. Lol

Let sauce warm to get your added flavors thruout. Add your chosen meats and cook til reduced. Steam veggies and rice. Mix and eat. Pineapple on top if ya have it is excellent for digestion.

Just slammed my before bed shake. Casein, whole milk, egg whites, Cheerios, pb and olive oil. I seem to sleep so solid when I drink this before bed.
I’ll try it. I usually eat a bowl of cottage cheese before bed. Sometimes I throw a few olives in.

Honey nut! They are delicious! I used to use just oats but switched to cereal for taste. This time of the year in really not worried about the sugar. It really is tasty!

I love watching beat Bobby flay. I've eaten some shitty tri tip some eggs half gallon on 1% milk bowl of cheerios some eggs half a whole chicken and will have the other half in a couple hours with a fat glass of milk in a cup out of my freezer my diet is shit right now

Milk has been my crutch lately my wife has been off of work for 4 months cause she had a baby and doesn't go back for 6 more weeks so I'm a little tight on money so I stick to the cheap eggs milk and chicken lol I usually have a rib eye but I got 2 pounds of tri tip on sale cause I'm a broke ass bitch till my bitch goes back to work

My first meal is always the same

Meal 1 4 eggs 100g turkey bacon 4 pieces of wholemeal bread slightly toasted and a small amount of ketchup, 100g oats and 2 scoops of whey
Meal 2 200g salmon cooked with a spicy sweet chilli sauce and a drizzle of honey, 250g rice with a drizzle of olive oil over the top
Meal 3 oven roasted potatoes 200g chicken breast, a handful of carrots and a handful of broccoli with gravy made with granules and veg juices from the steamer
Meal 4 3 slices wholemeal toast with 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter knocked back with 2 scoops of whey and full fat milk
Meal 5 200g chicken breast cooked up with Cajun spices, paprika a small amount of chilli powder and sweet chilli with 200g rice and a hand full of beans.
Meal 6 6 wheetabix with mint chocolate protein poured over the top

Jaytoids762I love my salmon dishes! A year ago I was literally eating plain chicken breast rice and broccoli 4-5 times a day and I felt like I was losing the will to live. I like to keep my diet clean but I have to enjoy my meals aswell! Aslong as my macros are there or there abouts and im enjoying my foods then all good! I actually think about what I fancy in the mornings, plan my day out and look forward to my meals rather then it being a chore! Also a big fan of salmon, taglatelli cooked with a small amount of honey and with mixed herbs and cheese sprinkled on top with a small amount of salt pepper and olive oil!
A lot of meal prep there. Sounds delicious.
