Hey guys I’d like to hear some of your favorite recipes. After all the better our food tastes the more likely we’re to stick to our diet.

Currently in cooking my chicken on the grill, dicing it up into bite size cuts + playing around with some seasonings.

The way I keep it still juicy on the grill is throw a sheet of foil down and fold the edges up, that way the juice stays in and keeps the chicken moist.

Share your best recipes looking for a good ground beef one currently!

Potato and cauliflower puree no butter of course Smile with some grilled 95% lean ground beef burgers, a little side salad on the side.

Lean ground Turkey mixed with sweet corn kernels and black beans. Cover it w some salsa and if u like, add another topper of lowfat cottage cheese.. Boom! A 250g serving, w the cheese, is about 390cals (45p/35c/8f). Easy and makes for a great prep meal. Season meat w some colorful chopped peppers, garlic, and onions.

Mrs Dash has a bunch of different blends. I'm a big fan of the southwest chipotle and lemon pepper.

5 lbs of walmart 1.99 a pound chicken breast
Pound them down stick on pan with evooamd lawrys garlic salt. Stick in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes
FLANK STEAK rubbed with evoo stick in broiler
6 minutes one side FLIP 3 minutes on other. Boom done
I like to cook the flank rare so when i heat it up during the week the second time it turn medium..

General name search will give you the website. I use it on chicken breast or pork loin. I haven't found anything close to the flavor it gives. Enjoy...

steak with mushrooms red peppers baked in pam spray olive oil flavor
fries in the airfryer
fresh salad with onion pine nuts and a little feta in it
and for dessert 1 protein muffin chocolate taste (1x per month with some weed when my brother bakes them :)))

Brown rice (boiled)
Fresh fish (if i catch any)
Cooked on the stove with coconut oil.
Sprinkled with cayenne pepper n garlic and squeeze a lemon onto the fish.
Then i have 4 eggs on the side.

Thats my favorite thing to cook.
