Breast milk! It’s better to drink straight from the source but you can pump it out and bottle it for later!

5 sugar carbs per cup bro. Says 9 total carbs but I’d only count the sugar ones. I use it as sour cream on low carb taco night and it tastes damn good too. It’s used for keto so I imagine it should fit into your diet.
If need be there are some that are non dairy and have even fewer carbs but I don’t recommend those. This stuff is good. They sell it at sprouts if you have one of those near you.
Pop a can of tuna in your pie hole.
Lmao
Chicken, eggs, turkey burgers with lettuce wraps and protein shakes ?

Amen. That’s currently 6 of my weekly meals right now. Usually Tuesday and Thursday that’s my first second and third lunch. My cans are 40 grams protein from Costco. The macros on that can’t be beat.
Sugar free jelly with protein sauce.
I have a few lady friends who live off a steady diet of protein sauce...….

Whats your reason for leaving Greek yogurt behind, I love that stuff its my go to for breakfast every damn day.
My first suggestion would be cottage cheese, but I'm thinking maybe your dropping yogurt because of lactose intolerance. Second would be the obvious egg whites.
PallMallGotta lower my carbs
Ive been drinking my eggs whites lately after seeing some of the guys here.
read somewhere your missing out on a large part of the digestible protein when you drink egg whites.
you have to cook them to utilize all of the protein.
