Do you guys think drinking beer once a month on cycle is bad say like on your cheat day thanks

I’m on the it was a real shitty day at work or out with your squeeze a beer or 2 no big deal. I don’t normally drink on cycle but at a little get together I’ve milked a beer. But just in general I don’t really like to drink but on occasion

def agree with these guys...a drink or so isn't gonna hurt ya. if taking orals I'd def stay clear due to liver toxicity. be safe and get the gains!

If you're adding orals to your cycle, I'd refrain from consuming alcohol while on the orals. Otherwise, a drink or two on occasion isn't that big of a deal. Avoiding getting drunk, and don't drink post workout. A glass of red wine a day can be good for the ol' ticker.

You still crave it sometimes? I stopped drinking altogether when I started cycling. I did order one drink at a fancy restaurant on a special occasion. My favorite cocktail: a bourbon old fashioned. I drank half of it and felt sick. And it tasted disgusting. Not only was my tolerance gone, alcohol literally tasted bad. Lost my taste. I'll probably never drink a drop again as I have no desire to.

If you drink beer only once a month, how do you maintain your taste for it?

you should refrain from that just wait it out, your already doing a number on your liver cycling so dont double the work load for your organ and chill.

Getting drunk....bad idea. Having an occasional beer with your steak....not a big deal.

I don't always drink but when I do I like a little rum.
I like medical marijuana more ;) hahaha!

Everything in moderation, even moderation..

If drinking beer helps you relax, take your mind off things and help you enjoy yourself it'll have a positive effect on your training.

This is my opinion anyway but I now drink vodka only as lagers ciders and wines carry way to many calories.

On the rare occasion I drink, ordering a Jack and diet coke gets some odd looks. They look at you like you're a weirdo, and you look at them like 90% of the other population wondering why they don't lift. It isn't easy being the minority.

X2 although I do like Vienna lager here and there, vodka is best choice just not the flavored syrup kind lol

Got to be carful of those sugary vodkas that's for sure. Since I only drink the stuff I can really taste the difference in quality now a days.

Honestly....if you are serious about training,you need to avoid these stuff. On cycle, I assume you need to keep yourself as healthy as possible. Beer has nothing to offer you, in terms of muschle development. Stay focus and follow your goals. Cheat days doesn't exist....you bulk or cutting.you can't do both

Quantity of beers, and type makes a difference. A michelob ultra isn't the same as a super heavy porter or stout. Also one isn't the same as a case. In moderation you would be fine, but if any methylated orals are part of your cycle I wouldn't drink several weeks before, during, or several weeks after use of the orals. Your liver will be taxed enough already.
