Tren and diet. Need advice

Whats good everyone? I am struggling with a few things when it comes to dieting and really dialing in fat loss vs muscle loss. My dumbass went on a keto diet about 3 weeks ago. I have found I hate the keto diet because of many reasons, mainly because I am losing muscle while stubborn belly fat is still there. I don't have a lot of stomach fat, my abs pop just fine, but when I sit there is enough to pinch, you know what I am saying? Also, I am running trenA/mastP/testP and some additional trenA. Roughly trenA is around 900mg a week, mastP 500mg weekly and testP350mg weekly. I've added 60mg x 3 of NPP for joint support as well. Aromasin is @12.5 EOD.

I am losing muscle faster then anything and need to put an end to this. Any tips would be great. My diet example:

typical day:

meal 1: eggs/bacon w/2cups of oatmeal.

meal 2: carb free protien shake.

meal 3: nuts

meal 4: steak with spinach leaves

pre workout powder followed by 1 hour workout.

meal 5: post workout shake

meal 6: two steaks.

I work for an oil company, all meals are paid for, basically a cafeteria with whatever you want at any time.

Side notes, while on the keto, I never had night sweats. Off the keto, I have introduced iso-carbs: 30 during workout and 30 after workout. Now I am sweating at night and staring at the ceiling.

I'm personally not a fan of keto dieting. Most people who do it do it wrong anyway's so I think carb cycling is a much better option for most. Personally I would dump the keto and go to carb cycling or just focus carb intake around workout (pre and post and maybe intra depending on how intense workout is) and no carbs, except cruciferous veggies the rest of the day. Carb cycling should help with insulin sensitivity so you don't hit plateaus and keep the fat furnace burning. It will also help to fill your muscles out. I would probably drop that tren dose down also.

Keto is THE most muscle sparing diet there is, over the longer term. So you must have gotten it wrong.

Your protein shakes will have hidden carbs not lusted as either carbs or sugars. Your oatmeal in the am is also throwing you off (if what you listed is the keto diet?.... i may be misunderstanding)

If you eat whole protein with every meal (those shakes will have somethi g that converts to glucose), remove the oats and in their place add say avacados you will be golden. Eat 1 steak not 2, add nuts with it and a cream sauce that sorta thing.

Rusty got you below bro. Tren and keto is a well known no no! You’ve got to get those carbs up. I’d be targeting about 400g minimum on a workout day and carb cycle that down to 300g on non training days - higher if your job is physically demanding which I gather it probably is. Mostly complex carbs but a decent amount (min 60g) simple carbs (dextrose/vitargo etc) post workout. For me I’d keep my protein about 180g to 200g with those carbs and balance with good fats to hit my desired calories - I’ve found I do not need such high protein levels especially when on a cut and using Tren. If you want you can calorie cycle down a bit more on your low carbs/rest days.

And you will sweat. No getting away from this but as Rusty says you can somewhat manage this by timing your carbs.

I do think your doses are complete overkill and can’t honestly see the point. I’d drop that Tren A to max 100mg per day (75mg seems more reasonable). Could drop the test to 30mg per day and then you probably won’t even need the aro. Good luck.

Thanks Dacky, I'm going to incorporate this right meow. I just ordered 4 jugs of a product called MRE for extra cals through the day. I'll bump the dose down as well.

900mg of tren= over 3 or 4 grams of testosterone. That is insane for your size. You gotta fix this and be smarter.. slap yourself and listen to advice. Be safer

I always run my tren higher then test, much higher. Look up some reads on here about it.

225 6 foot. Goal is to be 230, but 7% bf. For my body keto and tren don't mix.

2 units a day could let you run lower doses and stay healthier while getting leaner and growing better. Research that because tren at that dose is far from safe. I would say dangerous and unnecessary. Don't run that dose too long and after wards your gonna need a break and let your body rest. Just advice good luck buddy

I have about 2k worth 9f growth sitting in my fridge. Prolly going to start with 1 IU a day. I have done tons of research but still feel I am just scratching the surface. Test has been around for awhile, gH seems like we have a lot to learn. I feel like people that abuse it don't live long, organs get bigger and your body just shuts down.

I feel great actually for tren. I love tren with mast and or provi. But my body needs carbs, this keto shit ain't working me. Thanks for the advice big dog.

ones I did 1200mg of tren weekly for approx 5 weeks It was unbelievable you feel and see everything in other way that feeling was great but I wont do it anymore I was shuted down so hard for few months its not worth it

That’s where I am. The oilfield paid food but it’s not great food a lot of shit is pumped full of sodium. There’s always baked chicken and rice and scrap the bacon they make me eggs how I like them not that premixed shit and oatmeal and grits or cream of wheat
