+ 1 Low carbs and intermittent fastin..
Hello there.
So I have been cutting fat lately.
I'm in week 2 at the moment.
Feel really good, no major impact in gym, feel less energy sometimes but that goes hand by hand with eating almost no carbs.
I am restricting carbs like rice, pasta, potatoes, fries foods to almost minimum. I eat veggies, fish, all kinds of meat and dring nice amount of milk and water woth that..
I have 12 hour shift followed by 12 hour rest. So I eat 2-3 times in 7 hour interval, don't consume any food 6 hours before sleep (before end of my shift), and then go to sleep for 8 - 10hours, hit gym for 45 min, and then I have my first meal.
So basically I don't eat for 18 hours, then have 2-3 meals with limited carbs, high in protein and fiber and good fats.
It's been 10 days. I don't do cardio, except when working I have to run 7 floors of stairs every day more than 8 times a shift. Hehe.
In gym concentrate on light weight more reps.
Just wanted to share.
I have never followed diet like this, witch actually allow to eat what ever, but limits the time it's beeing consumed. But I added some knowledge of macros and calorie intake with worked for me.
I have lost 2 kilos pure fat. Well I think. Still feel big. Relatively..

Isn't swimming considered cardio? A barge can't move THAT fast, lol.

Maybe just maybe you can pull it together and quit arguing. It was just a suggestion. A simple "thanks man, what a great idea. Ill get right on that". Then do what ever your going to do any way instead of making a bunch of lame excuses. But since you continue to buck the system we all will fuck with you. Take a deap breath and relax.

I still do some HIT every other day.
Cardio doesnt need to be done on equipment. Go outside for a walk or to park. Plenty of places to do cardio
