+ 1 LOOKING FOR A DIET FOR FEMALE

ad

I've been trying to read a bunch of these forums on here but I mostly see posts regarding men. I'm just looking for a good diet for myself. In the past I've lost about 100 pounds, recently I've gained about 30 pounds back. Currently weighting 193 this morning at about 33% body fat according to one of those handheld body fat machines. I've gotten down to 165ish and 25% body fat before but a year ago I got in a relationship and found out that it's true when you're happy you get fat haha! My boyfriend uses test and some other stuff but wont recommend me anything because he wants me to do my own research and learn on my own. I don't really know how I lost 100 pounds, I dieted using a weight watchers like program mostly, I did crossfit for a few years (don't judge). Now I lift 3 days a week and do 45 mins of cardio 4 days a week I've been thinking of trying keto or IIFYM but I don't know what would work best for me. I've looked up a few calorie deficit calculations and I get anywhere between 1300-2000 cals a day so I'm not sure what to believe.
- If I was going to get into using Anavar or HGH, etc. what percentage of body fat should I have?
- What would you recommend for a female like me?
- Any advice on dieting would be great just try not to eat me alive on here!

32 yrs old 5'5'
33% body fat
193 lbs.
3 days lifting, 4 days cardio.

Hello, I think eating a balanced diet can be the best option to maintain your weight. You need to avoid eating junk food. According to me there are different types of diet plan available which helps to maintain weight. I have heard positive reviews about https://www.cellublue.com/fr/product/fit-food-guide/ from my friend. I think you can go for it.

All my forums pertain just as much to women as they do men. Have a read through them. I would give this a go for starters.

Hello Madam,

People really like to overcomplicate this issue, normally when overweight person says he/she is on a diet, that means they don't eat pizza every day, however every single thing you put in your mouth has calories and some of them bits have more calories than you probably can think of.
Whether you are female or male it is always about calories in VS calories out. You can workout in the gym, do an hour cardio then go home, have a slice of cake and boooom you just got all the calories back. Another problem with people that are watching their food is snacking problem - small cookie, one candy, protein bar, protein shake, all this counts and have plenty of calories. So when you say you are on 1300 calories a day, more likely you are not. And by the way 1300 - 2000 calorie gap is too big. If you are on a 2000 calories then you stick to this an daily basis and watch how your body reacts. If you do not lose any body fat, you decrease calories by around 300 and see what happens or you increase your cardio sessions but only change one at a time.

Ok, I can talk about this forever, advice:
- every single bit you drink or eat ( check calories prior intake),
- if you are not hungry do NOT eat just because your husband eats,
- everything that says PROTEIN on it does not mean it has not got calories there,
- diet (right macros and calorie counting) is much more important than extra 10 min on a treadmill,
- get your calories in check ( if it is 2000 the every day should be 2000 until you decide to change this)
- adjust cardio sessions and calorie intake according to how your body is looking in the mirror, but only one at a time.
- once again what you put inside your mouth is far more important than what you do in the gym.

Please remember - only hour generation has unlimited access to foods. Generations before were always struggling to get food on a daily basis, food was a luxury for million years and hundreds of generations. Human body is not used to eat as much as we eat now - your subconsciousness says to you eat all this food that you see in the fridge right now as there might be none left tomorrow (because this is how it used to be for the past million years) but you need to teach yourself, your mind that really your do not require that much food for your body and mind to function properly.

OK, have to finish this novel.

And please stay away from PED's you will heart yourself even more and will regret this later.
Hope it helps.

Regards

I've noticed one issue with females is they get alot of calories in what they drink and don't really think about it. I see females all the time eating a fairly healthy lunch and paying attention to that, but then drinking sodas and or sweet tea all day long. Just one 20 oz cola is almost 300 calories!!! Then if you have iced coffee and those popular, super-sweet Starbucks drinks, those have alot of calories there too. So you're getting alot of calories with little to no nutritional value. Plus that stuff just throws your body into fat storage mode, which is counter-productive if you're trying to lose weight.

So pay attention to every aspect of your daily intake. Partition your macros. It's ok to eat protein/fat or protein/carbs, but stay away from carbs/fat combos, especially simple carbs.

Places like Smoothie King that market themselves as a tasty, healthy alternative but in reality are just cups of frozen sugar and processed foods are hidden pitfalls as well.

You mean those super-sweet 1,000 calorie smoothies that taste like heaven aren't great for weight loss??? W.T.F. dude, lol. You know they never actually say that they are, but the marketing is so clever at not saying it, but making the general public have that misconception. Especially with commercials and so forth showing men and women with perfect figures apparently downing these things daily. Serious pitfall. True dieting is so not glamorous.....

What would be your ideal goal weight and bf wise? To start you have to do what you did before with diet. Weight watchers and points work. Bottom line is you have to figure out your daily caloric needs. But right off the bat. I guarantee your eating a few thousand calories more than you know you should be)) a day so start there getting yourself serious diet wise. Track your calories. If you ate1,800 calories of good clean food you could be full, happy, healthy and weight and bf will drop rapidly. You can't depend on drugs for fat loss. Use drugs when your at weight and use it to tone up. While your on diet .5 to 1unit hgh could accelerate stubborn fat loss. Food for thought. Lots of members can and should advice
you. +1 for getting serious and making a good life decision.
