Hcg+test prop

ad

So I've been considering combining hcg ,test prop l- carnatine and b12 for a cycle to get lean gains and hopefully contribute to some weightloss..I've been doing some research on the ol inerweb about this after reading some forums about hcg.. it's kind of a toss up with split results and reviews on the matter
.some say hcg absalutly does not contribute to weight loss but the other half do ... Even the weight loss Drs in my town use this combination minus the prop in their weight loss plan .. it really seems to be getting harder and harder to drop weight the further along I get ... Diet is still on track.. can I get some thoughts from you guys ...I'm not sure if I should have posted this in anabolic forum since it included prop. Thanks In advance.

Ok, you want to gain muscle mass you go to calorie surplus with the right nutrient balance alongside weight resistance training.
You want to lose fat, you go to calorie deficit again with the correct nutrient balance, cardio and weight resistance training.
Don’t mix everything up together.
Don’t think you need all them substances you discribed above to get to the goal you want.

If you dont have any underlying health problems , thyroid etc. Theres no reason you couldn't lose more weight , lower calories or maybe go low carb , medium fat , high protein .

If you think hcg is responsible for weight loss and not the extreme starvation that gets prescribed with it, well maybe you should rethink all of this...

Your diet and activity level will predict your weight loss. It’s calories in vs calories out. Post up your current diet and I’m sure some of our diet gurus here can point you in the right direction without getting into hormones.
