JoneDoeI think it's a great idea bother. Not everyone has time to cook everyday you have to find what works best to get you one step closer to your goals.
bigmurphDo these get put in the microwave
Grab rotisserie chicken from public or Walmart
Under 7$
Yeah, that's probably a better idea I just work so damn much when I fall off the diet it because I didn't have time to cook but I just probably need to do some better planning was figuring f it if I can cut most my prep out easy lol
bigmurphI have the same problem I work 60-70hr a wk what I find best is on your day off cook a bunch of meals have Tupperware containers and stuff them that way wake up slam some eggs down then you can bring prepared meals in the Tupperware to work ready to go then when you get home don't want to cook you can grab a rotisserie chicken or something else that still fits your diet only places i reccomend for fast food is Chipotle and Boston market but at Boston market watch what sides you choose. Then when you can cook buy steam fresh bags of veggies and chicken or fish with that also canned tuna very quick no cooking there also hard boiled eggs keep them in the fridge.
Fruits also no cooking
What are you looking to do? That'd cost a shit ton of money man. I seen 3 meals at 7 days a week would be $714 per month. It'd be about $8.50 per meal. You couls go to a chipotle and save more money. Eating healthy is expensive, but not that expensive bud.
StevebNot sure where you live but Chipotle in LA County costs about $10 per burrito. So it's the same as buying this meal plan or more.
East coast. I was just stating though. I'm sure there is a Sam's club or Costco where he can buy in bulk. Prep food on days off.
The one I was looking at was the weight trim diet 7 days 3 meals a day I'll make my own breakfast and dinner but that was 157 a week about 22$ a day 1400 cals for the 3 meals
