Best audiobooks for weightless/dieting?
ad
So I'm going through alot of changes as of recent and I figured I might as well scratch everything I know about weightloss and dieting and just try something new and go about it as if I've never done a diet in my life. I wanna read a book but I really don't have the time to sit down and read but I have 30min commute to and from work so that would be prime time to listen to an audiobook. So just looking to see of any of you broski's have any suggestions to audiobooks.

basskiller89Well, in it's rawest form calories in < calories out = fat loss
It will become more complicated for sure, especially when trying to add or preserve muscle
I would consider myself pretty well rounded in knowledge of diet and nutrition. I really am just looking for an audiobook that has some quality info that could refresh my knowledge and possibly some new info. So I guess really I'm looking for an audiobook on nutrition rather than weightloss. But I wouldn't mind a new approach that incorporates nutrition and lifting for weightloss like one of those timed meal diets that are more or less synced in with when you work out. I believe one of them is called the Renaissance diet or some shit like that lol
basskiller89I understand what you mean, I haven't really seen or heard of anything along what you're looking for
The "renaissance diet" ..
Is that where everyone ate rats and died of the plague lol
Totally but they got totally shredded before they died it's a risk vs reward thing lol
basskiller89Honestly if someone told me to eat a live rate smeared with creamy rat shit and I would gain 20lbs of muscle ... lol

Not exactly what you’re looking for, but these are quick reads with lots of good info
That is a great forum post. I read it at least 3-4 times a year to keep the knowledge fresh. Most recently about 2 weeks ago
I appreciate it but I've read them before and based alot of my dieting on them but I'm really trying to just find a new approach and learn and try something new
Living4ThePumpI can recommend podcasts from Mike Israetel. Really solid informations for both natural and enhanced athletes.
