Advice on Clen

ad

I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews on this, but was trying to get more advice. Which is why I’m posting my own forum...

I currently am obese and let things get out of hand. While depression is no excuse, I’m trying to snap out of it and devote myself to getting back to a healthy weight. I know dieting can do A LOT, and I have been looking into the right diet for me. So this is something I am planning to integrate into my routine with the help of clen.

I weigh 240lbs, and figured that the clen could help with my circumstances. I’m not sure of my body fat at the moment, but majority of my body is just that: FAT. I’ve lost a lot of my muscle that I had.

Here are a few questions for those who can help....

While using clen, should I focus on strictly cardio?
(I am trying to also replace with muscle and work on my form with weights while in the gym.)

What is the normal dosage that I could implement into my daily usage?

Should I take it consistently, or only use it as a pre-workout?

Any other info would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you guys!

Lot of good advice from people here so hopefully you take in on board.
Skip the clen. It is all risk and no reward with your current body composition. Get squared away with a proper diet and your cardio and you will be on your way. I would give this a shot to get you started and motivated. You will be amazed how fast the fat peels off following this and especially coupled with some cardio and good training sessions.

Thank you for the share! Someone referred me to you stating that you had some good posts and I’ve read through that post. Definitely a lot of knowledge, and I plan to take this advice. This is something that I can start immediately, so that was an awesome post!

When I’m dieting, I think the thing I need to focus on on are portion sizes. I tend to over eat, which is something I need to keep in mind. I’m looking to create a couple meals (maybe 2 or 3) that cover everything I need to feed my body the nutrients I need.

I’m going to look over your post a little more and figure out some healthy meals. A big thing is waking up, and I’ve been trying to get up at 5AM to get in the routine. These adjustments will get me on track!

Good luck with the diet. A small food scale will help you to control portions.

I’ve lost 15 pounds dieting alone. (Haven’t checked the past 10 days.) That post helped A LOT. I cut my meat intake and increased my Veggies, and made a lot of changes due to that post you shared. That’s making a huge difference! I eat repetitive meals at the moment, but I’m looking to get more of a variety in the future to get all nutrients needed.

THANK YOU FOR THE HELPFUL POST.

Clen is used for a final touch to tighten up your physique. If you rely on clen to burn 40 pounds of fat while watching tv, that’s a failure.

Cameron.swink's picture

Nice, I will definitely keep that in mind. The losing weight aspect was just one benefit. I saw that it was also allegedly to help with cardio, and people stated that they could do longer periods with Clen.

The problem is: I’m out of shape, so Step 1 is to get a diet going. Step 2 is to get more active. Doing these simultaneously would be more ideal, which I have planned.

Trust me bro I have experience being very overweight and more Recently with clen. You can feel the negative effects of clen on your heart pretty quickly and at your weight you have already been putting that heart through enough work.

Download myfitnesspal and count all your calories, eat 500 below TDEE and do 30 mins fasted cardio in the morning. I lost nearly 3 stone doing this for 3 and a half months. I promise you this is better then clen. Clen is unbelievably over hyped and really is not worth it in terms of risk reward ratio.

Thank you bro, I’m downloading the app right now. I’ll stay off of the clen as you suggested, and you’re probably right about my heart being through enough at this weight.

Do you think it would help even at a very low dosage? I’ve taken it before and it got me GOING, but it was pretty rough in large amounts.

I’m still looking for diets as of now. I went vegetarian a few years ago, and lost an extreme amount of weight over the course of the 6 months I did it. The problem is that it was hard to get enough iron and other nutrients. I’m thinking about doing that again mixed with another diet, and going two weeks veggie and two weeks [other diet].

What is TDEE??

Thebully's picture

Google it bro, and diet look up iifym no need to get too fancy with it just eat 500 below maintanence and you'll lose weight. And no bro I swear no need for clen, think about it when your lower body fat. But at your weight once you get your diet down right, the weight will fall of in the start. Come back to me when your 12% and we will talk next step.

You need a diet and cardio not drugs. Cutting steroids and other drugs like clen help guys under 10%. You don't even need to think of it as cutting. Dieting is what you need.

Thanks man. Started dieting, and lost 15lbs so far. I’m looking to start some routine in my life and get some workouts going to shed faster.

I wanted to get that diet going first, so I tried to get in a routine of eating healthy, and proportionately. If I over-eat, it’s veggies. I am still trying to incorporate a couple steady diets because I’m eating repetitive meals.

DIETING IS A GOOD, healthy start.

X2.. totally agree.. diet and training naturally for a few years can work wonders if your committed

Thank you for the insight! I appreciate it, especially from a vet. I definitely need to diet, but I am doing research to make sure I’m doing it right. I’ve heard of the Keto, and it has worked for some. Others gained more weight though.

I’m trying to find a diet fit for me, and I’m getting back in the routine of cardio.

I need more advice if you can:
At my weight, should I be lifting or focused strictly on cardio for the time being??

Thank you so much man. I’m definitely going to be working towards this goal. I’ll look into that type of diet to get me going!

I’m thinking about just going vegetarian for three months. I’ve done it a few years back for six months, and saw a great result. I was missing a lot of nutrients in my diet though!

My advice is

DON'T.

Yes people use it for a cut.
Yes it will burn fat.
Sounds like you need to loose 50 pounds.
Taking clen for long enough to lose 50 pounds is going to wreck your heart.
Clen and anabolics are not for getting into shape.
You ate your way into this position.
You can eat your way out of it.

DONT use it ....

Cameron.swink's picture

That was nicely put! I’m looking into diets, which will quickly make a difference. I know I can get shit done if I devote myself to it.

In the gym, should I focus solely on cardio, or lift weights too?

Bill G's picture

I see people use drugs , starve them selves , run miles every day. And they all look like shit. I dont want to step on toes by saying being a vegetarian is gay. But really we need meat. I know people that do the vegitarian thing and they have success. I just dont think its that good since they always have to let me know they are and half the shit they eat is a replica of meat. IE vegie burgers and turkey bacon. Bull shit eat real food. Like dead animals. But i would say this has helped me the most when i look at my plate there needs to be 3 things on it. Green stuff , white stuff , red stuff. And the portions are total two handsfull. Half of are green , a quarter is white , the other quarter is red. Get it? Half the dish cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli peas green beans. Vitamins and minerals fiber. The other half of the plate is rice and meat. Protien and fast carbs . Half and half . Easy limit the amount . Dont starve your self. Our metabolism breaks every two hours feed it and you will see change. Thats all the spoon feeding im dishing out. your welcome. I basically got called an asshole in another post so im feeling generous.

Cameron.swink's picture

Hell yeah, I appreciate the help. I’m going to start emptying my fridge of the bullshit. I think my problem with meat is I tend to eat 2-3 times the “serving size” which defeats the purpose of eating healthy. I’m going to have to play with portions to get the amount I’m satisfied with.

I think the hardest part will be getting the correct portions and being satisfied. My fat ass has been overeating, and I need to get used to controlling the portions.

I don’t think you’re an asshole by any means! You’ve helped me a lot, and I appreciate it. I’m new so I can’t upvote, but I will when I’m able to.

Bill G's picture

Yes both. Remember having muscle burns fat 24 -7 .
doing cardio burns it while your doing it. Good luck man. You can do this.

Bearded_muscle's picture

Couldn’t have said it better myself

Cameron.swink's picture

Yeah, he fucking nailed it. I think I got enough answers to do what I need to do.

I’ll be devoting my time to eating right and getting this fat off my fucking body.
