Wow! this lazy "diet" is doing me well

ad

I've been pretty busy lately but also lazy.
However I feel amazing and I'm looking pretty awesome IMO. Eating enough has always been an issue so I prefer liquid diets (yes even meat shakes)

Here's my daily:

1 gallon of (grass feed) raw milk
spread through out the day. I buy lactase drops and add 20 drops per gallon. I let it sit for 24 hrs.

2 servings of green freak (greens drink)

2 cups brown rice.

1 pound chicken breast or 95% lean beef.

3 servings fruit and 3 servings veggie.

1/4 cup olive oil.

100 grams essential amino acids spread through out the day in Lemonade.

Supposedly 5 grams EAA replaces 15 grams protein.
So I'm taking in 300 grams of protein from 100 gram essential amino powder.
HA! I doubt that...but to be real I feel better that ive drastically cut my animal protein and replaced it with EAA. I see no difference as far as benifits.

That covers breakfast. What's for lunch? Lol

Kidding. Sometimes not stessimg about diet and just eating (mostly clean) is all you need. Sometimes life takes precedence over food and training. Keep rocking and rolling! Good vibes bro!

His stats are 250 with no BF maybe trying to lose weight, but not doing it the best.

10% bf and 240 at moment.

I've been replacing a lot of protein with EAA. Powder.

You're a beast!! I notice EAA helps with stamina but not with appetite when cutting. I would think drinking a gallon of whole milk a day would keep you pretty full. Never tried it. Now I'm curios what the mac break down is.

I need to find out myself lol (as far as the milk)
The protein, it's like 144 grams. But the fat is the same as well, yikes.
Because it's raw it has its lactase intact i guess. However I add lactase to be sure.
I do take digestive enzymes as well. Meat makes me full actually.

This, a pound of chicken, and EAA are all I need to grow. (For now)
