cess86I would recomend as much fast digesting carbs as possible. Usually with someone that has a fast metabolism they are going to burn through carbs and glycogen like crazy so you need to constantly replenish the glycogen. Cary around a large tub of white rice with You, try to 2 cups cooked every hour and half, it will digest fast and keep you full all day. Your other meals you want to keep high in healthy fats. Don't forget you can drink your carbs and calories too, inlike to drink a bottle of grape juice a day, very dense in carbs and easy digesting. Don't eat foods that will bloat you and will slow down your digestion process, you want it to stay burning like a fire and constantly put wood on it

Ako994330 gram protein? thats too much for his weight
You should be eating 330 grams of protein a day with added carbs and healthy fats. Eat fruit with breakfast and post workout. Vegetables with the other meals. 6 meals a day. Take creatine and a multi vitamin.
Thanks for all the input brothers. Ive come up to 169 and holding now. Grocery bill has doubled eating everything in site. My metabolism is sky high plus it doesn't help haveing to work 2 jobs at 60+hrs a week but you got to what you got to do. Really trying to eat as clean as I can but sometimes dirty is my only option have to eat on the run most of the day so I clean it up at night plus I down a Viking shake right before bed. Reay pushing my self my goal is 180-190 . I will get there one way or another
Bro 4000 to 6000cal is easy to get its when you try to get 8000 to 10000,You need to dirty bulk bro since your metabolism is fast you can get away with it.Make sure to get high protein high carb eat 60-75 percent clean then the rest dirty bro pizza, hamburgers what ever to fill in the last 1500 cal its easy bro.But if your trying to get 6000 calories clean thats a pain in the ass.Someone with your metabolism should have no problem eating dirty and not getting fat as long as you train hard Good luck
I'm going to have to agree with this, if you truly are taking in 4000-6000cals a day and seeing that slow of weight gain progress, its time to dirty it up and just get calories. forget protein, forget carbs, forget fat, just EAT. well no, do what traps said (get enough protein and fat, although in all honesty if you're eating like I described i.e. everything i sight, you'll be fine). I remember eating 3500-4000 cals a day clean, skinless chicken breast, rice and broccoli. actually pulled it off for a good 8 months or so but eventually i couldn't do it anymore, its just too much food. and when I semi dirtied it up, weight started going up, lifts went up, didn't have to eat as often, lots of benefits.
just don't go full retard with it, like he said, get the clean stuff in, fill the rest with dirtier, more calorie dense foods. don't go giving yourself diabetes lol. you're young (I assume, didn't check stats), active, and got one hell of a metabolism; this is how you respond.
Thanks for all the replies brothers. I have beeneating heavy now for about a month and I came up from 159 to 165 ssometimes I feel like im killing myself doing so im haveing to force most of it down and it has really done a number on me going to the bathroom maby once a week guss im not getting enough FIBER..... ANY suggestions on this.
Please keep it comeing thanks guys. So glade I made my way to this site it a lot of help getting help from loke minded people.
When you feel like you don't want to eat..EAT again! Force it down brudda. Your stomache will get use to it and then it will turn into a normal routine.
Beans brother they are loaded with fiber and very easy to eat.You need at least 30 grams of fiber a day otherwise your food isnt going to digest properly and your gonna shit an anvil
I make my shake with the following
2 scoops of whey Strawberry(yeah bite me)
1 Cup of cottage cheese
3 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 frozen banana
5 frozen strawberries
1-2 whole eggs
16 oz of milk(lactaid for me)
Believe it or not, this shake taste good as hell.
This is mine. 2 scoops of whey 1 cup of oats. 3 cups whole milk and 2 tbsp peanutbutter. It's about 1100 cals just blend it all up and drink. Tastes good too.
Here is the world famous Viking shake.....
Shaker cup.
500ml whole milk.
100gs almond butter.
100gs ground oats.
2 scoops whey isolate.
1 banana to eat alongside..over 1600 calories.
Viking advises to drink one in the morning and one at night and nu have over 3000 calories a day from the shakes...still have to eat a shit load too tho, these do are not meant to drink and not eat correctly.hope it helps. Vikings recipe helped me.
thetdog623837Have you weighed out your food and calculated your calories, carbs, protein and fats for a day? I thought I was eating loads until I calculated everything out and found out I wasn't taking in no where near as much calories as I thought. At 4-6000 calories with your weight at 165lb you would be putting on weight no bother.
I bet almost guarantee you your know where near 4-6000 calories.
AnonGS9902's "kitchen sink wake up shake" =
2 scoops whey
1 egg
1 cup oats
1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp flax seed cold milled
1banana
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup mixed berries
I came up with this shake well over two years ago. Lots of guys used it as a meal replacement but also as a way to pad their calories. It's over 1k calories. Search the site using the magnifying glass up top. It works if you need extra calories. Tastes pretty good too
