Looking for experienced help on a serious bulking diet

ad

I'm guessing this i where I should post, I'm looking for someone to help me create a bulking diet. Iv done such extensive research but there is so much conflicting information that i don't know what to believe at this point and I guess what I'm doing isn't currently working as the scale isn't really going up. I know this lifestyle is a marathon and not a sprint. Just looking for someone that could actually take the time out and lay something down for me. I would greatly appreciate it. My current stats are 180-185 fluctuating throughout the day and food intake. 12-14% body fat and 5'9. Currently running 750mg test cyp and 4iu gh upon waking and aromasin for anti e.

If you are eating around 4K cals I would expect the scale to be moving. How long have you been eating that much? How long has been since the scale stopped moving? How much did you gain before the scale stopped moving? How many meals are those cals split up into? Have your workouts recently changed or been pretty consistent with what you do? Haven't really given us much diet history to go on here.

Pls detail the foods you are using to make these macros
Lay out a typical day ... If its reasonably good, you should only tweak 1 thing at a time to see the dial shift
Great pics, hard to judge bodyfat with those hdr shots but you look great, so should tolerate an increase in the fuel

I have been trying to do less weight and slower more controlled reps. It's real easy to get stuck in the constant heavy lifting mindset lol I'm sure you know. Also thanks brother
