Homemade weight gain shake recipe

ad

This is my go to shake for post workout or anytime i need a quick 800+ calories loaded with nutrition..
12 to 16 oz 2% or whole milk
4 to 5 raw eggs
1 to 2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 to 2 scoops whey powder
2 tbsp peanut butter or coconut oil
1 banana or 1 cup berries
Half cup oatmeal
5g creatine monohydrate
Ice cubes
Blend up in blender and grab biggest cup u can find!
If made with the higher servings( 2 cups milk, 5 eggs, 2 cups ice cream ect.....this will be 1000+ calories easy and if your a " hard gainer" drink this everyday in addition to eating 3 to 4 meals a day and theres no way you wont grow provided your training properly. Feel free to substitute this for your tastes or share any ideas....ive even used eggs as the main source of protein in this when i didnt use whey and it tastes awesome....pasteurized egg whites could also be used as well if raw eggs arnt your thing....

Dump the ice cream and replace with greek yogurt. No point in consuming empty calories and ruining your insulin sensitivity.

Thanks for the replys....and by the way the stats listed are not correct....by no means. I just typed the first thing that popped in my head as a joke.i will correct them soon. I seem to tolerate dairy very well because this shake doesnt bother me much...i dont always use ice cream sometimes i do sometimes i dont just depends on how im feeling. Im not big on almond milk...barley any protein and would rather juat drink the real thing. Fairlife is my favorite. 2%

Sounds like desert! Maybe pour this over a fudge brownie.
I like Cashew/almond milk,, powder peanut butter, ground flax, egg whites and plain Greek yogurt. ( I like fage. It has 20gm protien per container). I will sometimes throw cocoa powder in to sweeten it a bit. This mix hold me over between workout and breakfast.

fat and carbs aren't the perfect mix mate!

here is a simply shake I drink every day for lunch:

400ml water
200g oats
250g fat free curd
1 scoop whey (vanilla)
2 bananas

never put cottage cheese in a shake, may have to give this a try! sounds enticing

This is for the lactose super tolerant. The Whole Milk combined with Ice Cream will sure to cause discomfort for many.

Ive heard similar shakes that were whole milk and ice cream heavy as old school home made weight gainer shakes.

Also, even when using organic eggs I would never consume raw unpasteurized eggs. It only takes one time to really mess you up good.

You have almost 100 pounds on Kirill Sarychev at the same height? Hard to envision what that looks like.

Loaded with macros sure but I wouldn’t call that necessarily nutrition. I’d add some fresh greens and some electrolyte sources, sodium, potassium, magnesium. You a power lifter or a bodybuilder?

Edit: shiiiit brother, just checked your stats. If that’s accurate I’m assuming power/strength competitor. Throw up a pic big guy, must be a monster

Too much fat and sugar. Try plain yogurt instead of ice cream and use some almond milk, still should pack decent calories and they wont be empty ones.

My wife drinks the almond milk shit, it has more then half the sugar of milk and more protein too. Once its mixed with other stuff it tastes better.

I think your thinking of truelife milk...because almond milk has terrible nutritional facts. 1g protein per serving.......pretty much empty everwhere else too....google it...
