Help Bloated as **** on bulk!

What's up guys so I recently started a bulk and my stomach is rock hard and bloated all the time. Is it just the amount of food I'm eating or what? I've always stayed lean and never really tried putting on size so this is my first time eating this much food. My stats, cycle and diet looks like this. 5'10" 203lbs fairly veiny and abs are sorta visible in the morning when I'm not seriously bloated. Been juicing for about 10yrs and on trt. Currently on 500mgs test cyp, 400mgs npp, 25mgs dbol
Diet has been very clean
MEAL 1:
4 whole egg with 4 extra egg whites with 1 cup of Oatmeal

MEAL 2:
8oz turkey burgers or chicken breast burgers with 8oz sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of macadamia nut oil.

MEAL 3:
60g Whey Protein Isolat with 2 tablespoons of All Natural Peanutbutter with ½ cup raw oatmeal blended in

MEAL 4:
8oz steak with a salad with 2 tablespoon of olive and vinegar with 1 large yam

MEAL 5:
8oz of chicken 1 cup brown rice with 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut oil

PRE-WORKOUT SHAKE:
60g Whey Protein Isolate with 40g Waxy maize with 1 tablespoon of mac oil

POST WORKOUT SHAKE:
60g Whey Protein with 40g Waxy Maize

Perhaps running an AI with your AAS cycle will help you reduce water retention/bloat.

start eating pineapple with/ after every meal, real pineapple not can or processed juice, you can blend it up and drink it if easier.

I'm gonna pick up some digestive enzymes and stick it out a few more days. If nothing changes I'm gonna drop it.

This is my first time using dbol and npp but I've ran deca before... What's weird is sometimes I'm hungry (oddly lol) and as soon as I start to eat my stomach bloats as I start eating. It's not stopping me from eating I'm still forcing the food down but it's so uncomfortable during the day. My stomach looks as if I'm pushing it out. One thing is tho I don't have that moon face look like I'm bloated.

I didn't look bloated at all when taking the dbol, but I sure felt like it and didn't want to eat at all. I would drop the dbol and see if that makes a difference.

Dude dbol and NpP will bloat you, that's common. And also you bloat up also due to estrogen.

Is this your first time with dbol. I started my bulk with dbol and had to switch to adrol. Dbol made me feel full and bloated all the time so it was a struggle to eat. I was actually losing weight because of that so I had to drop it.

Maybe you have an issue with lactose. Half your meals consist of protein shakes which could be causing you some problems.

Wow good read on the waxy maize. Now I'm all thrown off on it being a fast acting carb lol kinda unsure now on what to Replace that with. I don't think it's a lactose issue with the shakes. When I'm cutting I have the same amount of shakes with no bloating.

I'm Deff not constipated but I suppose I can switch a meal with some broccoli. As far as bloods I haven't ran them. I live in NY and I'm not able to use those online labs here unless someone knows another way. Obviously I could go to my doctor but I'm on trt and I don't know how he would feel if he sees my levels extremely high. The only thing I can say about my water is that when my estro has been high on trt with my doc monitoring it I get acne on my neck and face and right now my skin is clear. And I doubt it's crashed because also on trt dose of 200mg I take .25mg arimidex e5d which keeps it around 38. Right now I'm taking 500mg test and arimidex e3d .25

I've been using this protein for years so I wouldn't think that's it. As for the dbol I've only bee on it for 6 days as of today. I guess I'll try some digestive enzymes, anyone have any recommendations on which one?

Yup I'm taking TUDCA. Aight cool I'll Check it out. I gotta tell ya eating this much ain't easy lol

Wal Mart has a papaya enzyme complex in the vitamin section...they have some other kind of digestive enzymes too with a probiotic in it...

Agree with advice below papaya and pineapple contain bromelain...

Is dbol active in ur body? Ur diet looks good bro...unless ur slamming some extra CHOs somewhere thru ur days...provi may help too..

I'd try some digestive enzymes, also piperine extract.

I've had a similar problem before ,make sure your protein isn't what's causing the bloating ,if it's protein you have used before and you know that's not it ,try some digestive enzyme supplement worked for me ,

I've also been drinking at least a gallon of water, arimidex @.25mg e3d and ghrp6 100mcg 3x day which has been helping a little forcing the food down lol
