Whats everybody eating to put some healthy weight on
Really forcing myself to eat lol. But I know that's not uncommon in the name of the game lol
This week I'm starting with whey isolate shake in morning with 2 plain waffles and 5 eggs.... at first break about 9 am cup of mixed nuts. And rice... at lunch
Couple poeces of chicken . A baked sweet potato. Another shake... 3 pm break I eat a 32 g protein bar. And then protein shake before and after workout and then some more chicken at dinner or meat and some veggies.. etc and before bed lil dried fruit and half cup of Greek yogurt. May not be the healthiest all this Idk but just trying to get them calories and protein in. Any thoughts on this week's meal plan?
"What to eat" to gain healthy weight is a good question but the flip side is "when to eat" to gain healthy weight. Do a search on this topic and you'll find some very valuable information on both what/when, because you'll need to focus on both to get "healthy weight".

Eating chicken, fish and eggs followed by a big glass of milk
Yea been looking into eating more fish
