I don't know if I can put a title on it since I don't compete, but I am into powerlifting. Aside from that I have extremely high metabolism, I drop weight really fast so the only way to keep up with it is to eat anything not bolted to the floor. I have a 280lb goal that I set years ago, I'm at 262 as of this morning and this is where I will stay +/- 5lbs. But as long as I have the goal, I'll keep trying.

Cant beat a pot of beef chilli my favourite when on a bulk tried it with smoked paprika sweet potato wedges going in for seconds typing this is making me hungry LOL

I love home made taco's. I get the stand and stuff hard shell, pack it in with lettuce, tomato, onion, beef, sour cream, hot sauce and its about 200-250 calories a taco.

Eat 5-6 and I'm a 1/3 way done for my daily 3500 goal, chase it with water or milk, eaters choice!

Also a Korean beef bowl with chives and brown rice is good for 800. I'm getting hungry typing this, got to run lol.

As you well know brother JL, I'm a more mature member and don't engage in bulkers anymore!
That being said, one of my favorite high calorie foods has always been peanut butter! I add that to shakes, oats, whole wheat bread, ice cream, or straight out of the jar! Sensually satisfying with great mouth feel!
Nutritious and calorie dense! I just never grow tired of it!

I keep a jar of it in my work desk and usually get two table spoons of it between meals. My co-workers think it's the oddest thing.

Peanut butter makes it better! Well almost. Was having a pb discussion at the gym and one friend eats it with tuna fish. Sounds disgusting, but he swears it's good. Can't bring myself to try it. Same guy it's tuna and apples together.

I'm all for trying new things brother JL, but I'll pass on the peanut butter and tuna! Why ruin a good thing :))
What some of these guys eat, it's no wonder why the gym bathroom smells like carrion! Lol

Guilty as charged! I love McDonald's as well... Lol All is good here brother. Wife just got a new PR on bench press of 185lbs. I believe she is the strongest woman in the gym. Hoping that all is well with you and your Mrs as well...

You my friend would be right at home in my house! Peanut butter is a staple. It goes on everything. We go through 2 quarts minimum a month at my house. Pancakes and waffles are naked with out it. Ice cream is a must. Can't make shakes with out pb and banana's, not even happening.

We all have brother JL and no one is gifted in every aspect of the sport! We give when and where it is most applicable to our personal experience! I, and the community at large, would rather have someone who shares real life experience less often than someone spewing crap and recycled information!

Not sure what it could be classified as but its my new favorite breakfast food.

4 egg whites
3 whole eggs
Splash of milk
Good handfull of shredded turkey breast (previously cooked in slow cooker)
Smaller handfull of shredded mozzarella or whatever is handy, ive also used cheddar

mix the eggs milk and turkey. Cook in frying pan til the eggs are almost set. Mix in cheese..
Boom! Ive also put cherry tomatoes in. If they are fried for a couple min they are delicious.

  • steak + potatoes + 1 big sweet potato (2x day)

  • post wo: vitargo + bcaa + eaa + glutamine + creatine (on training days)

This week hamburger was on speacial. Sooo everything hamburger. My goto takes about 10min and i think is bomb. 1lb beef browned, drained and then add chipotle salsa, and olive oil. Cook two baked potao in microwave and mash. Put all in a bowl with some sour cream and you've got gainz. EZ.

I also feel like a boss when weighing up pounds of beef and vacum sealing. Brings out my inner G
