Whole Eggs - How Many?

ad

So, at what point does whole egg become a negative for diet?

Meds affecting maro intake are Nandrolone/Test, no orals or fat burners. T3 at 25mcg daily. So far, no ancilliary meds needed.

Other foods are normal AAS diet, using one protein shake daily post am workout.

The science changes almost every year on everything and eggs are so high up on that volatility. What's the most 'whole eggs' people have eaten with successful results? I swear I could eat an egg every 30-minutes if it were just more balanced.

I regularly eat 6-eggs daily, scrambled with my chicken/carb dishes, hard boiled, anyway it goes, because they sure to agree with me. Sadly, whether it be fat or cholesterol, science and anecdotal experience both say I am eating too many whole eggs.

Throwing away egg yolks just rubs my 'environmental' side wrong, it is both easier and quicker to just down a protein shake. I take creatine and BCAA's if I am heavy on the shakes, so really supping with egg whites is not yet something I 'need'.

Now, I return to work on Monday, which involves a pretty solid four hour period in the car and whole eggs are like a little pocket bomb of calories and protein, and a tin of tuna goes down easy. Getting carbs is no problem at all, but when I take out those little gem eggs, it gets just that little bit more difficult. Ideas are welcomed.

I'd say at least 4 whole eggs a day, that will give you plenty of iodine and choline......two very important nutrients that are hard to find in other foods.

Eat as many as you want. I would advise to get farm fresh if at all possible. The white eggs you get from the store I wouldn't even eat one of those, I literally can't anymore. I just go out to the coup every morning and get fresh eggs. The health benefits between your store eggs and fresh are night and day. Check this out.

I love eggs too! They agree with me fine but my wife tends to not agree with me after I eat a bunch of them!

Personally i love to eat baby chickens. Boiled , poached, fried, scrambled, in the blender it doesnt matter. I eat any were from 9 to 14 a day. Whole eggs. My cholesterol is in range. It gets out of whack when i take AI's. Then comes back after that is discontinued. Also i think its one of those hereditary issues. If you are prone then don't if not enjoy.

First if they agree with you why are you complaining? Finding what works you for is a every persons job.

As per yolks your "environmental side" is rubbed wrong . LOL ok , fair enough.

Perhaps find a way to utilize the yolk in a different preperation at a different time. If not calorie restricted you have many tremendous options if you do the research and are creative enough.

Also as per your " environmental side " why are you throwing away the egg shells?

The legend Vince Gironda would even pulverize the whole egg shells and incorporate them in to his shakes.

Thats what i was thinking. What a great source of calcium.
