I´m taking Himalaya Liv.52 4 tabs/day and never had any problems in blood works even on tren and oral blasts.

I'm like really obsessed with taking vitamins and supplements for general health, but I'm especially interested in supplements and vitamins for liver health and detoxification, since a doctor told me a few years back that I had a very mild case of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Luckily for me, he said my case was mild and reversible with some weight loss and exercise. That's when I began to take various supplements for liver health which included; Milk Thistle, N-A-C, Soya Lecithin, B-Complex, Curcumin extract, Aged Garlic, Alpha-Lipoic-Acid, Melatonin, a couple I can't remember at the moment, among others that I take for general health. Thankfully, I was able to stop my case from progressing, and actually totally reversed my fatty liver. There are two culprits that I now belive caused my NAFLD. One, is the Melanotan 2 that I was taking at the time, and stopped when this situation occurred. Two, is all the meal replacement protein bars that I was eating, about 4 or 5 at a sitting, and therefore all the saturated fats that I was consuming daily. They were those Big 100 Met-Rx bars, and since they're meant as a meal replacement, there is a considerable amount of saturated fat in each bar, and I was eating like 5 at a time as a meal, a few times a day. I did also go ahead and loose a significant amount of weight like the doctor suggested, and also began taking lots of vitamins and supplements, so there are a lot of variables as to the true cause of the NAFLD. So, I guess I'll never know the true cause. However, I do honestly believe that the supplements played a part in reversing my fatty liver, and for maintaining my health to this day. I do believe that you can go overboard with the amount of vitamins and supplements you take, so you should always exercise caution with vitamins and supplements!✌

My favorite for liver support is good ol H20, in my opinion, it is the best, safest and I always keep some within reach. IF I am taking an oral compound of some sort, I prefer Liv52 and NAC. I very rarely take any oral steroids, not a big fan, but when I do, those 2 are my go to for extra support. When I am running Tren, I do NAC 600mg daily as well, if I happen to be out of NAC I go to Liv52, but not both for Tren, both when on orals of any kind. Some might argue that liver support should be taken always while on cycle even without orals, but my LFTs are fine without them. Adequate amount of H20. Milk thistle....ehh never been a fan. IF I did use milk thistle,I'd make sure it was extracted from SEED and NOT PLANT. I would only use it for 2 weeks MAX, AFTER the discontinuation of oral compound. Any longer it can potentially convert to estrogen. Not a very known fact, but its true. Only applies to Milk thistle far as I know.
