+ 6 Tren heartburn

ad

What's up guys I know some of us get heartburn from tren or just naturally have heart burn. I've had heart burn for years and when I ran a cycle with tren it was unbearable had to go to the doctor to get a prescription for it. As we all know most medication isn't very good on the liver I try and stay away from it as much as possible well I found out how to get rid of heartburn and to help the liver...

Braggs apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon in the morning with 8oz of water and (optional) 1 at night
I no hippy by any means but I've been reading a lot on it and have been using it for weeks now and haven't taken any heartburn medication since. it blew my mind it also cleanses the liver takes away heartburn and lowers bp. I'm not saying it's the best natural thing in the world but from my exp with it my heartburn is gone and lowered my BP (I check BP twice a week)there is lots of other benefits from it but liver and BP is what I was more focused on

The reason I mentioned the brand Braggs is because it's unpasteurized and easier to drink down

Go watch some YouTube videos on it or Google it it's done wonders for my heartburn. Sorry for the long post but I think it will help a few brothers out and it's cheaper then buying otc pills or prescription and great for the liver as well and fuck apple cider vinegar is good in lots of food

I'm trying the ACV shot once in the morning and once before bed for this as well. Only been a day but I usually eat two ranitadine 150 pills a day and want to get out of having to depend on them....plus ACV supposedly has a ton of good benefits so we shall see

Right on man yeah I've been doing 2 teaspoon morning then night and it's been working great another thing I've noticed is my veins pop more I've always had deep veins but now there popping and my bf hasn't decreased much at all

That's the first I've heard about it making veins pop, I'll have to keep watch. As far body fat percentage I think ACV is suppose to help with carbs but I don't know exactly how and I'm on low carbs anyways so I doubt I'll get much benefit there either. On the other hand I have only taken 1 ranitadine pill since starting so I can definitely say it's helping in that department. I hope it helps with BP regulation as well

digestive enzymes cured my heartburn. I used to take every over the counter remedy there is.

There's many benefits to them.

The Apple Cider Vinegar method works great for heartburn as well as many other ailments. I think everyone could benefit from using some daily.

I used to have acid reflux and had to take prescription medications for it. It was so bad if I even smelled food I thought I would burst into flames. Lost my insurance that was paying for the meds. Tums like candy by the hand full. Up late one night watching infomercials and saw a natural remedy for it. The theory was not that we have too much acid but not enough. And the processed food /garbage I was eating wasn't getting digested. They recommended a good swig of dill pickle juice once a day. I love dill pickles so not a problem. Gave me Immediate relief. Did a swig every day for about 3 weeks. Then about twice a week. Haven't had heart burn in years.

That's interesting. Regular old Tums usually knocks down the tren heartburn for me but this looks healthier than that
