Too much WATER!

I always drink a ton of water especially on cycle always over a gallon a day and I’m constantly going to the bathroom. It’s starting to affect my sleep where I’m getting up to pee every 2-3 hours so my question is are there any supplements that you’ve tried to combat this issue?

Yukon_JackDon't know what your daily schedule is but start early, go hard and ease up throughout the day so your done around 5. That's what helped me. It was screwing up my sleep pattern. Wasn't as refreshed when I was some up due to the late night interruptions. Hope I could help.
JayD718The only thing you can really do, is try not to drink any water for roughly four hours before you go to sleep. You don't necessarily have to drink more water during the day!
basskiller89I wake up 1-2x a night to piss. Anything more than that is a sign of too much water. I would make sure to get in at least 80oz a day and adjust as needed. Drink when you're thirsty and don't force it down if you're not
JayD718Having to wake up and piss multiple times each night, can also be a sign of an underlying health problem, and not just drinking too much water!
basskiller89Very true, I have noticed the problem subsides when I lower water to an appropriate amount. I get so thirsty after the creatine I can't help it lol
Thanks for all the replies fellas. I’m starting to worry it’s more of a prostate problem anyway going to see doc in 4 weeks anyway to get bloods so I guess I’ll get my prostate checked too but that doesn’t sound fun lol
Water intake is important but I think you can easily over do it. In most of the cases you body will tell you when water intake needs to be increased. Might be doing a bit too much.
If you are going to the bathroom and urine is fairly light, that’s where you want to keep it. As soon as goes dark, that’s an indicator to me that body needs more water.
Drink more water earlier in the day, taper off at night.

Might want to get your prostate checked.
RustyhookerLower your intake. If piss is clear, youre hydrated.
I’m also up a few times, but I find your body adjusts over time to the amount of water your consuming. Also could be other issues like your prostate.
Possibly more sodium and more minerals overall may help.
Yep....its called drink less water. If your peeing every hour you are flushing your body and that can lead to serious problems with electrolytes. Be smarter
