+ 4 nootropics

ad

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone else here has researched nootropics but its something I've been really interested in lately. my research started after looking for an alternative for caffeine as my preworkout stimulant. one thing led to another and I've created a sort of nootropics stack that covers a variety of my needs. most of my research has been from self hacked who cites his resources as well as clinical trials.

Phosphadyl Serine 300mg morning... https://www.selfhacked.com/blog/phosphatidylserine/
First thing in the morning with eggs and oatmeal as a cortisol inhibitor and learning aid and reduce anxiety.
ive found it has a actual feeling to it, some what euphoric at this dose and helps prevent Alzheimer's too. cortisol will cause you to store fat, break down muscle and inflames the body.

L Tyrosine 1,500mg preworkout...https://www.selfhacked.com/blog/tyrosine-8-proven-health-benefits-Tyrosine has been a decent replacement for caffeine for me, I find im pretty sensitive to it and this dose is effective for boosting my dopamine and motivating me and doesn't give me anxiety.

L Theanine 400mg before bed...https://www.selfhacked.com/blog/theanine/
Because you cant supplement GABA (the inhibitory neurotransmitter) because the supplement doesn't pass the blood brain barrier I started using theanine with great results, it calms me down and helps me sleep after being so go go go all day, its also regulates the glutamate receptor and aids learning, has anti anxiety effects and improves memory.

These three have been the ones ive experimented with that seem to have to most significant effects on me but ive also tried everything from modafinil, choline, dmae, various adaptogens and herbs. but these seem to work the best for me, im still reaching and experimenting with some the the herbs like mucuna for dopamine but the jury is still out on that.. thanks for reading guys.

does anyone else here use any nootropics ?

I noticed an increase in energy after just a few hours, probably because I took it on an empty stomach. And Liquid Korean Panax Ginseng Extract wasn’t a jittery feeling like you get with energy shots/ drinks, it was natural but noticeable.

Some of these things are effective, but you have to experiment with them to find out which ones work best for you!

I’ve tried this was pretty good. I’m really impressed w there caffeine product. It’s time relaeased and works great at low doses.

For non crazy stim pre, 100mg modafinil and 100mg of genius caffeine trumps everything for me.
Real smooth. No crash or anxiety.

L Tyrosine helps the Thyroid produce adrenaline which is why its great as a pre workout - Bananas contain tonnes of the stuff also for those who don't buy it as a raw supplement.
