Anyone using beetroot powder
Alphamale500I've also heard that beetroot has some very good health benefits. One of its big benefits is its nitrate content right? It's supposed to help increase nitric oxide levels which help improve blood flow, and have some benefits for the heart like lowering blood pressure. I gotta look into maybe getting some also. I take practically every thing else, Lol!
Go for the juice mate. Then your definitely getting what you pay for also with the hydration benefit.
Half liter beetroot juice.
Half liter carrot juice twice daily And you’ve got a very affective health drink.

I’ve been meaning to order some. I use a super greens product which contains it. Tastes like utter shit so I used my capsule machine and made it into 00 caps. Take 9 a day and it’s the equivalent of over 6 servings of veg including many super foods.
You getting that super greens of my protein?

Bulk powders mate. I brought the a massive amount of it unflavoured but apparently the flavoured versions aren’t much cop either. I sat down one night and banged out 1000 of them and it didn’t take much time.

I can't even see how they can be beat, so I'm gonna check out those sites of yours just to compare, lol! I take lot of vitamins and supps. My most recent order came the other day in a box that could hold like 3 six packs of beer, no bullshit! Lol!
You have any favorite supps for longevity, anti-cancer, life extension type products?? One of my favorites is Pterostilbene Plus with Resveratrol. Each capsule has 50mg of Pterostilbene with 250mg of Resveratrol. The Pterostilbene is in the same family as Resveratrol, but with a much better bioavailability rate. While Resveratrol has roughly 20% bioavailability, newer Pterostilbene has 80% bioavailability!
Swonson vitamins are a good company. I don’t know to many anti-aging supplements, but I have used resveratrol and really like it. Now I drink a lot of wine to get my daily dose..that’s my excuse...:)

Like I said before, they're from the same stilbene family, but Pterostilbene is much more useful to the human body. Here's a study on both of them if you wanna check it out:

AnonI support a supp shop so I don't order much online in this department. I'm paying more but I like going in there and buying things off the shelves and shooting the shit with the big guy that runs the joint. The guy knows everything about the products on his shelves.
