+ 4 Modafinil - the god send

ad

Speaking to my mates brother, who just finished his masters degree. He said there were times where he needed to do work but severely lacked the motivation. A couple of his room mates had decided to purchase this cognitive enhancer from an Indian pharmacy (did not agree with this at first).
The brand name was modalert, my mates brother decided to fork out on them after trying them and bought 100. He had a few left the time I saw him.
The conversation came about because I was in a rush to finish some work and stressing about it. So he gave me 5 pills and said to take half a pill, but only in the morning.
So the next morning I took this half pill. Around 30 minutes later thought. "I should probably finish those spreadsheets that need to be done for next week". Usually I would leave it to the very last minute but it seemed as though it had to be done then. After I had finished that I got completely engrossed with my work and finished it all. Nothing whatsoever was a distraction.
The amount of productivity and motivation this compound has to offer is amazing, it brings out the best version of you.
I then started to experiment with it. Taking it before the gym, my workouts were amazing had total focus and time flew by.
Since then I have bought a few tabs here and there and use it whenever I need to get work done or require myself to stay up late, I found that it helps you to stay awake until the early hours after ignoring my mates advice, but then again that time used awake was productive to say the least.

Are there any other modafinil users?
What do you think of the potential harms to brain health?
Do you think there are long term effects on the brain?

Modafinil is one of those pharms that sound great but you have to worry about "what is going on beneath the surface". I dont think a person can go on for a prolonged period of time without consistent and productive sleep to keep them healthy. You may feel great when taking it, however, the lack of good sleep is wrecking you on the inside

Wow..honestly these things really don't mess with your brain chemistry like you'd think they do. The anxiety is almost non existent. Just in rare cases have I had anxiety and it's unfortunately a panic attack but I'm prone anyways. So here's my thing. My tolerance is so high to these things I've taken 1200 mg on a day. I know I can't be the only one either? This thread is old but maybe someone will reply?

How is the anxiety on it?

To play with your body is one thing, to play with your mind is another.
You can control estrogen, blood pressure and other things, but you cannot control if you are fucking up with your mind, you fuck up your mind and theres no turning back.

Wouldnt do that without help from a specialist.

I experient with it. I never go over 300mg EOD . I tried 200mg at once, and 100mg later in the day. I tried splitting up 200mg in 2 doses EOD. Right now I'm at 100mg ED
All works fine. Using this I noticed I also have narcolepsy as I always got sleepy before during the day, but never knew why it was.

I take off in weekend and realize how bad I crash if I don't take it. Need to take nap times etc

Fr sent. Got some questions.

Random Guy's picture

Used it sporadically for the last 5 years, either for long study days, long work days or after a night of insomnia.

200mg tablets, usually split them in half, sometimes a quarter, rate it very highly, its very efferctive

Is there anyone here that uses this that has hard energy crashes towards the end of the day?

rockweasel's picture

I feel a bit drained to following day, but I put it down to the extra work I get done while I'm on it.
For that reason I use it in moderation: 1 x 200mg tab on days when I've a lot to do and not the energy to do it, but I've never used it two days in a row or more than a couple of days a week.

Random Guy's picture

I wouldn't say hard energy crashes, I try and get the balance of the time and amount I take right so it typically seems out my system by the time I'm ready to go to sleep.

As in I wont take more than half a tablet after 6am.

By the time the end of the day comes I tend to sleep a lot better for it having done its job and then being clear my system

I just got a prescription to this. I really hope it's as good as I've been reading

I have used on and off Modvigil Modafinil for over 2 years now (I found it on www.generic-meds-store.com), it is a great drug for when you have to plan an do a lot of tasks, time passes super fast and you can accomplish a lot without noticing. I love it !!

moda + noopept + strong coffee = promotion at work

ashop's picture

There's a lot of people this product interests. Still VERY expensive in a lot of areas.

Yes I also use Modafinil/ Provigal. It's great when you have a lot going or lack of motivation in my experience. The only bad part is tollerance builds quickly. The good part is I do not experience a "crash" like I do with other stimulants. As far as for a for pre work out it would be good in theory because it don't really raise my heart rate and blood pressure like other stimulants but pre work out isn't my cup of tea anyway. I'm afraid I'll do more harm than good with them. But that's just me.

Makwa's picture

Is it addictive? would you crash after taking for several days or weeks on end?

sebzter2's picture

In my experience you just go back to your usual self. Wouldn't say it's addictive really unless you want to always be doing work and not have a social life.

I've been using adrafinil which converts to modafinil once consumed. It's considered a nootropic which helps with congnitive thinking, memory and focus. Stuff is very effective and amplified even more if taken with racetams like pramiracetam

That's interesting stuff mate.. I may have to try some of this..

bamboo2112's picture

I always have some on hand. Turns a bad day (caused byTren insomnia) into a productive day. Great stuff.

sebzter2's picture

Thanks for the advice. So does tren make you feel tired in the day? and do you use it to keep you on track without losing your mind? Lol

bamboo2112's picture

I lost my mind many moons ago. Yeah the Tren takes it toll after awhile. The Modafinil just keeps me sharp without any bad side effects. Hard to get angry when your on top of your game!

Military uses it, i think. Cephalon's stock increased from $39/share to mid 70's within a matter of a couple weeks back in late 2001, after the terrorist attack. I havent tracked it lately. Several sky marshals began using it too. Its an effective drug, when used correctly. There are some other companies from France that mfg it too. I believe CEPH has the best product.

sebzter2's picture

Wow good knowledge mate. And how do you obtain this tabletified gold from CEPH?

MedDx's picture

I dont know. Maybe samples...lol..i believe it was made for military....thats all i know...i dont even know if u can get a script for it...
