so is this guy serious, or drank too much milk???
basically what i think which actually bad is, is not the milk itself, but probably the growth hormones they give the cattle which is causing us harm, because of the milk which comes out of those cattle contains lots of chemicals

Milk is one of the most potent ways to bulk up; especially if you have a fast metabolism. Before all the supplements and protein powders all we had was Milk; and guys that drank seven quarts a day were huge and strong!
I remember all the farm kids back in high school were some of the biggest mofo's around. Milk probably had something to do with it I suspect.

Your probably right. I buy sugar, beans and oat meal at the whole food store. It's supposed to be organic but who knows.
I used to grow a garden every year but unless your canning it's not really worth it.
I did for many years then stopped and grew one last year. Canned over 75 jars of tomatoes, salsa, pickled green beans ect ect. Its a huge time investment. Tough to follow thru weeding and maintenance then prepping and canning. But man its good when you crack a jar of your own labor.
