Ozninjaguy's picture

Milk Thistle and Taurine. I'm on 3 heart meds well known for raising liver values and take MT and Taurine every day - have bloods done every 3 months and values are always within range.

Hello Sir,

Prefer the product called Carsil where active ingredient is Silymarin, has proven being very effective considering the sport we are in. Conclusion based on the blood work results of many bodybuilding athletes.
Hope this helps.

I don’t touch orals anymore. When on 2 gallons keeps my liver/ kidney values perfect.

If I was to take orals tho I would do same as juiceball, tudca/udca and nac combo. Along w the 2 gal.

Walmart has a product called LiverAid, it's 11 bucks a bottle and if you look at all the blood work I have posted, I have never had high liver values even after running drol @100mg/d for 5 weeks straight. It is a good product.
