Kidney Health

I hear all the time on what to take for your liver, heart, blood pressure, and even blood sugar more than I hear about what to take to maintain healthy kidney function. What is the best supplement or even dietary change that helps kidneys the most?

Hands down there is a Kidney product I use made with natural wholefood ingredients that lowers my creatinine levels. It is made with beet roots, carrots, flaxseed, white kidney bean powder. I seen my levels go from 1.10 to 0.96 just supplementing without any change to gear usage, training regiment, or dietary means.
I would post the supplement here but I don't want it to get flag or whatever.
Anyway, I hope all is well and I can send you the link about it via pm.
Kidneys are likely the most important to protect. Liver has some ability to heal itself. Once nephrons are damaged, they don’t come back.
Beat me to it.
jayiskTrue but you only have one liver.
There are kidney flush mixes available in supplement form. Some look good!
Water. It’s what they're designed to filter...
Cranberry juice and cranberries in general are pretty good for your kidneys as well as your urinary tract.
water, vit c and general good bloods, so u've to take what you need, a very individual thing! The kidneys are the "second heart" of your body!
AnonWater. Hands down #1
Very true, I just base that off of my urine color, clear you're in the clear
