Kidney Health

ad

I hear all the time on what to take for your liver, heart, blood pressure, and even blood sugar more than I hear about what to take to maintain healthy kidney function. What is the best supplement or even dietary change that helps kidneys the most?

Hands down there is a Kidney product I use made with natural wholefood ingredients that lowers my creatinine levels. It is made with beet roots, carrots, flaxseed, white kidney bean powder. I seen my levels go from 1.10 to 0.96 just supplementing without any change to gear usage, training regiment, or dietary means.

I would post the supplement here but I don't want it to get flag or whatever.

Anyway, I hope all is well and I can send you the link about it via pm.

Kidneys are likely the most important to protect. Liver has some ability to heal itself. Once nephrons are damaged, they don’t come back.

There are kidney flush mixes available in supplement form. Some look good!

Cranberry juice and cranberries in general are pretty good for your kidneys as well as your urinary tract.
