EAA vs BCAA Amino

ad

After many years of experience I have come to the conclusion that the bcaa can only be needed during training in a low-calorie diet, to try to avoid muscle catabolism.
Otherwise, keep your money in your pocket and opt for essential amino acids (EAAs).
In my opinion it is the number one supplement along with a good multi vitamin.

I am changing from BCAA to EAA now. Due to EAA being way better.

I haven't tried EAA's for long enough to comment, but I took BCAA's/extra leucine/HMB on top of my normal protein powder and they were my years of best lifting. The extra healing and speed at which they achieve it is far superior to normal whey, but you still need the normal whey also. I'd still consume them now but the acidity of them gives me bad stomach ache. They are even more effective when taken at the same time as orals.

They seem expensive for what they are. I think they may have their place in a caloric deficit diet and for people who workout out on an empty stomach but personally I eat enough quality protein regularly when I’m bulking or cutting so I’ll put the cash towards something else.

I like to consume BCAA'S during a workout. I find the results are pretty good and better pumps!

I share John, also me during training, I use those in powder and mix them together with Vitargo Carb.

This is a topic of supplements (when food is sometimes not enough or you do not have time).
Thanks for letting me remember, if it weren't for you I would never have understood that natural food was the best choice.
The focus of the topic is amino acids.
Fruits and vegetables are good for vitamins. If you understand the meaning you can get karma differently.
Your answer is logical, or I should ask you what you do, how many hours you work a day, if you have a family, how many times you train a week and when you have time to prepare your meals. Do you understand?
