Why does citrulline malate make me look flat?
I take the recommended 6 grams pre workout and the pumps are amazing endurance through the roof. But the next day I look flat as hell like it sucked all the water out of my muscles. Is there a specific reason for this. It's dose dependant aswell, at 2 grams pre workout the effects in the gym are much less and the next day I don't look flat.

Yes indeed, drink more water for sure.
4g should be enough and yes it's possible that you look a bit flat on the next day cause citrulline inhibits appetite and has a dehydrating effect.

Its because you aren't replenishing your muscle with water and glycogen effectively if it reduces appetite. Its why you always look so damn good the day after training when you run Dbol with the way it forces those 2 back into the muscle.

Try using more creatine on the days off as it helps fill muscles with aTP and water!

I'm gonna say something crazy but would a low dose of dbol do the trick? I'm on cycle anyway 600mg test and 200mg EQ
