Loss some weight, watch your sodium, cardio 3x a week, keep a constant sleep schedule, watch your caffeine, fish oil as much as you can tolerate, reduce stress where possible, eat high potassium foods. Well this is what I do and I still get classical migraines. I think my brain is just screwed up.

Carditone 2x a day, 5mg Cialis ED and 3000mg Krill Fish oil ED is my daily regiment to keep my BP at bay. I'm predisposed to hypertension. AAS usage only exacerbated my predicament. I've noticed terrible headaches when my BP was elevated. Felt a buildup of pressure in my head as if my brain was swelling. The capillaries in my nose would burst. I would have nose bleeds. Now my BP is in the normal range. If you don't own a BP monitor, purchase one. You need to be able to monitor your BP daily to see if you are improving with whatever protocol you decide to follow. Also keep in mind that you should drink a gallon of water a day. Keep sodium intake to a minimum. Do cardio regularly. Stop smoking if you do.

Has your doctor not been able to help? Migraines can be serious. Do you smoke weed at all? My gf sister is prescribed it for migraines and apparently it works.

Are you currently on a steroid cycle right now?

Yea I'm pretty sure it's my BP, my gf has a machine that checks BP and last test I had a severe debilitating headache I checked it and it was 190/95... I'm 32 yr ears old and my bp has been up and down for the last 3 years to the point I quit smoking because of it, I would smoke a cig and get severe migraines! So it was a win win ..lol , had to cut sodium out of my diet for the most part. I'm currently not running any gear just some sarms like I said rad and mk... wonder does creatine higher bp? Just started creatine up again around this time frame... also my doc did prescribe the meds previously mentioned just not completely elevating them.

I had a kidney issue from medication a few years ago that caused stage 2 hypertension and tachycardia. I got massive migraines until my BP got under control. Also was told to stop taking creatine since it causes water retention. A friend that gets migraines told me to take magnesium and eat a banana for the potassium.

Those electronic ones need to b calibrated every so often. Mine said 150/120 and at the doctor it’s was 120/80 so bring it in to see if it’s off and by how much.

Are you sure the BP is the cause of the migraines? There are many things that can trigger a Migraine. Also a lot of hypertensive people how no symptoms, and with the drugs you're on it should get you to the normal range.

If not you might want to talk to your Doc about switching meds. Sadly other than potassium, there are few natural supplements that do much.

hawthorn berry 1.2g with 600mg garlic keeps me in check whatever im taking. Dont use BP meds on your own and I wouldnt use any BP meds at all.

Relaxation techniques. But with BP issues you need to see the Doc and get your meds set to keep your BP regular. Don’t wanna mess around with that man. You don’t wanna end up stroking out. Don’t play with BP. See your Doc and if getting bad pressure headaches related to a spike in BP. Might need to take a trip to a quick clinic man
