ad
From the research I've done I've found that Cissus, MSM, Glucosamine and vitamin C are all good for your joints, do any of you have any other favorite joint supplements?

I am using meds with chondroitin sulfate + Fish Oil. Rarely have any problems.
Yingyang2bigWild Foods Wild Fish Oil from Menhaden Fish which has EPA, DHA and DPA. Also Olympian Labs Biocell Collagen, Glucosamine HCL, Ionic Boron, Wobenzym N.
Cissus is good but tends to cause insomnia in some people.
Some say garlic but it can actually lower test levels. Also turmeric but it can raise estradiol levels, this actually happened to me, couldn't figure it out, nothing would bring it down. Stopped the turmeric after researching it and estradiol dropped from 86 to 21.
JayD718Fish oil is actually very effective for joint health. And, I use it myself, and experienced it's benefits first hand, so this is not just from some webpage. It's actually so effective, that fish oil is part of my daily regimen of supplements. Well, I take fish oil for heart health as well.
I use msm glucosamine but nothing has helped my tendons and everything else like the low dose hgh im running. I run 1.5iu its been around 3 months and my joints and tendons feel good again. I was having alot of issues and they have slowly gotten better
potassium, glucosamine and if I have bad issues, ibuprofene + vitamin c
worst case: 4-6 weeks BPC(local) together wih TB 500 ( up to 8 weeks)
Potassium for sure +1
Never tried potassium for joints, how much do you guys use?
Had the same combo, minus the vit c for my bicep tendinitis. It has been night and day difference for me. Hopefully by summers end I will be fully recovered. I tried everything bpc, tb.
But that combo of supplements has def worked the best.
Dominick77I have tried numerous joint supplements and one I found best and works for me is "MoveFree" by Schiff. Mixture of Collagen (type2), Boron and Hyaluronic Acid. I REALLY feel the difference with my knees on this stuff. One small tiny pill per day. Gets expensive, BUT worth it.
I have been told that beef collagen protein powder helps a lot with joints I'm not sure if it's true. Is this the type of collagen that you're talking about also or is it just a collagen capsule?
Edit sorry I see now that you say it's a pill thanks for the info
Thanks
Good tip.
