+ 2 5 Supplements That helped me on cycle (short and to the point)
These supps help the heart, liver and kidneys but only to an extent so don't think this is the holy grail and blast 2 grams of tren
NAC 600MG twice a day: Protects the liver and helps kidneys to an extent (more efficient than milk thistle) when you have more muscle mass you produce more waste that affects the essential organs so anything like NAC helps.
Low Dose Asprin 81mg daily: (TAKE IF YOUR PLATELETS ARE HIGH) The low dose of asprin will help thin out the blood if you have high platelet count and "HELP" reduce the blood clot risk and make sure that you won't kill over of a heart attack or stroke
Omega 3 Krill Oil 500mg combined EPA & DHA / Fish Oil daily: Omega 3's are good for the heart and help cholesterol duh
if you're taking AAS / PED's you automatically should be getting krill or fish oil in regardless.
Digestive enzymes: Ok so you may not need these but these helped me when I was having very high protein and high carb meals ( 270 grams of protein or more in a day), I would get bloated and gassy and feel like shit and sluggish. The digestive enzymes helped that to an extent and make the bloating much easier to deal with. And no I didn't eat shitty carbs
CoQ10 100mg daily: Helps convert food into energy more efficiently, helps cholesterol, helps the heart staying efficient and helps blood pressure
Hope this helped you guys and if you have any reccomendations for any other supplements then I would greatly appreciate it if you commented then down below

I take everything except for the CoQ10 but I just looked into it and I’m gonna give it a try. Thanks
Alphamale500CoQ10 is a great supp. The only downside is that its bioavailability isn't that good. If you really want to get the most benefits of CoQ10, then you'll be much better off buying Ubiquinol which has a much better bioavailability rate. Meaning your body will absorb much more CoQ10 using Ubiquinol, than you would with regular CoQ10. Ubiquinol will cost more than regular CoQ10 though.
Alphamale500Btw, Digestive Enzymes are a great supplement and can be a great addition anytime you consume protein, carbs, fats and even other supplements.

Alphamale500The above supplements aside from low dose aspirin, can be beneficial for liver and heart health etc. But taking a daily low dose aspirin can be very dangerous when taken by a healthy person. The latest research shows they can do more harm than good. Even elderly ppl with out health issues are now advised against using a daily aspirin regimen.

I mean asprin can be harsh yes but if you cant get a prescribed blood dump then this is the next best thing
This looks exactly like the Ryan Ankrom youtube video I just watched. Seems like good advice!
Blood donation once 3-4 or at-least 6 months can be beneficial too.
Loe dose aspirin has its side effects for sure and some risks, so you gotta be careful. Other than that i agree with all else.
Agree with everything you have said other than the Aspirin - It is NOT healthy practice to take it every day just to thin the blood if you are on cycle like some do. It is harsh as hell on your stomach lining and can cause internal bleeding. The only people who should be taking it like that are Old age people who have a bad heart history and have been advised to by their doctor - and gastric coated Baby aspirin at that!
Yes very true. Aspirin can be very harmful for stomach.
Aspirine helps if u have already heart issues, to prevent issues I won't use it, more sides than u think bud and how do u get tablets with 81mg?
Alphamale50081mg aspirin are very common and made by many different companies. They're also called baby aspirin. That is actually the preferred dose taken by ppl with heart problems, history of stroke or as directed by their doctor.
But absolutely agreed, they shouldn't be taken as a daily regimen unless you already have heart problems etc., and they're prescribed by your doctor.
Baer makes a 81 mg dose for heart health .
X2. Plus about 48 other generic companies. Also known as baby Asprin in the states.
Thank u guys, we have only 75mg tabs here, all others over 100mg
Alphamale500Only 75mg tabs, in Philly??
Stairmaster’s in Europe. 81mg in philly lol. that would be weird if we had a city wide law that they had to be 75
Alphamale500Lol, I know right? That's why I asked because I didn't understand at first!
Interesting. must be an American thing then. I didn’t realize that was the case. I wonder why 75. I think ours are 81 because that was the effective dose in a couple studies that were performed. They said there was no added benefit to taking more than 81. I bet 75 works just as well.
Are the 75’s marketed for heart health?
Alphamale500But you should take a look into the latest research about daily low dose aspirin regimens. They are potentially dangerous and no longer recommended for anyone no matter the age, without prior heart and health issues. And then, only when recommended or prescribed by a doctor.
Yea I’m gonna check out that link you posted. So much conflicting info. Thanks for bringing that up!
Alphamale500Conflicting info! Yeah, that goes with pretty much everything these days right? Lol!
81 is basically one quarter of a full size aspirin. It also prevents digestive cancer. A lot of Doctors recommend everyone over 40 take it. I used to take it when I was in my early 20’s and found it to be performance enhancing. I Could go to positive failure on my first set and come back on my second and sometimes get two more reps out. I think due to is ability to help remove waste and increase nutrient delivery into muscle cells by improving blood flow. So my first full set to failure on aspirin was just priming me. I don’t really have stomach issues but it can be ruff on some people. If you ever read the Steroid Bible from a long time ago it states it’s one of the most anabolic legal substances out there
Alphamale500That's not the general consensus about taking a daily low dose aspirin regimen anymore. Like I was saying above, the latest research shows how dangerous taking a daily low dose aspirin can be when taken by a healthy individual. They can do more harm than good, and even the elderly without any health issues are being advised against taking a daily low dose aspirin regimen. They may seem harmless, but far from it when used daily. That may have been the the consensus many years ago, but not any longer.
