-3 Test/Deca.. 2nd cycle..

My first cycle was 500mg test for 12 weeks.. had e2 issues so lowering my dose this time around

Week 1-14 Sustanon 350mg
Week 1-12 Deca 300mg
Week 1-12 Caber 0.25mg E3D
Week 1-14 Armosin 12.5 EoD

Wait 3 weeks (HcG 1000iu EW and Aromasin 12.5mg EoD)

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

Want to keep it simple. is this GTG???

Smfh another one. Christ I went into prison at 150 maybe and rolled out at 230ish with my top abs and a ton of stretch marks. No protein powders , no supplements , no problem hormones, no drugs , no magic beans. Put the fucking work in and stop expecting it over night. Takes years. Alot of diligence to your diet and training and fucking time. If you can't gains without drugs your not going to gain much with them. More muscle=more food to support it. You don't eat enough and your not eating right either. My wife is almost your weight and is 5'3 and she presses the same weight as you've posted. See the problem here? You need to put the work in and put your training and diet under the microscope.

You want to run test/deca for a second cycle but you couldn't control your e2 on 500 test alone and 35-3800 cals is my maintenance to keep what I've gained so far if I drop below 3k I'm losing a pound and half. Your not going to get any sympathy here with your diet if you can't eat you don't need to cycle. Good luck as I know your not going to listen away. Hope your next post isn't about your tits getting bigger than your girls.

I dont think there is a set base for anything..and im not starting my cycle now.. i'll be continuing to gain naturally for another 4-5 months before starting..reach atleast 180-185 lbs..

Fella read what you posted below. Your last cycle failed because you "didn't eat much". You haven't even worked out the nutrition aspect of this game and your injecting hormones. You're also talking about clen use, so I'm assuming you're carrying some body fat even at a low weight. That suggests you have very little muscle on your frame.

Eroids won't advise a guy in your position on a steroid cycle. Put some hard work in, learn to eat and train properly then revisit.

Currently eating 3800 calories
which consists of
Eggs, chicken, brown rice, whey, bananas, olive oil, flaxseeds, oats, peanut butter, sweet potato, mass gainers, veggies, milk, yogurt..

i wish you were in my shoes and understood how difficult it is..

lol brother we all understand how difficult it is... 3800 calories is nothing i hit that between breakfast and lunch and i got 3 to 4 meals left.

Agreed, i was eating less but i was eating right.. Clen because i will be gaining for a few months, and dont want to go in a cycle carrying fat.. i wish it was easier for some to gain weight, but then everyones body is different..

1st cycle was a bust.. couldnt gain much.. finished with my pct, kept what i gained (very less gains)
identified the reason: not eating much..
Planning to cut with clen after 4-5 weeks once i get my blood test done, till the start of my bulk cycle..
Goal for this cycle
Better tha last time..lol
gain muscle and gain overall size...

are your stats current? if so you should hold off on a cycle brother especially one like this.. contrary to popular belief this is an advanced cycle and nandrolone is nothing to fuck with. eat train sleep repeat brother get a solid base come back and we will all get you right. i know this aint what you wanna hear but no one is going to give you a green light at this point

its how it is dude. AAS adds muscle to muscle it wont build it from scratch for you. your diet will determine that as well as training. you need to be able to reach 200 pounds naturally with proper diet and training before running a cycle... this is how its done and always been done. your 5 foot 10 and weight 180 thats skinny in everyones opinion on here. not trying to insult you but thats what it is theres some aspect of your program that isnt right and steroids wont fix that

Many people are 5'9-6ft 180 before even touching a weight. I wasnt that lucky I was 125lbs lol, but seriously though im an inch taller and I had no problem going from 125lbs to 190ish in just a few years, a huge bulk of that weight came the first 7 months of training. I bet i could get this guy from 178-200 in a year or less without gaining much if any fat. And those gains are there to stay. 200lbs is a very solid base at that height.

agreed, i went from 140lbs 5"7 to 170lbs in just 6 months and still maintained average of 10%bf, way before i thought about doing my first cycle, i had hit a plateau in strength however and then looked into it. But yeah i was always told to get to ur maximum potential before cycling.

you could probably get him to around 210 in my honest opinion. i to wasnt that lucky i was 105 to 110 depending and i gained 70 pounds naturally in a year and a few months now it wasnt all muscle lmao we all know that but still!

I agree.. but what if its not happening.. even with years of training and eating right..
the reason im 26 and 180 is because, when i started i was 200 lbs.. i was fat... i quit smoking, drinking before starting my journey 4 years ago.. lost 30kgs and now im again gaining since last few years.. being from fat to skinny and now i think my weight 178-180 lbs is respectable enough... i made some mistakes on my first cycle, i should have eaten more, but then you learn along the way.. i completely respect your advice of being 200 lbs, but for some its not achievable.. and be it or not genetics play a role and mine suck.. ive been lifting regularly since years, no days off, eating right counting calories but just eating less..

congrats on changing things up and living a healthier life. that being said it can always be done brother always. i was thr opposite i couldnt gain to save my life i was between 105 and 110 and one day i said fuck this no more and i went from 105 to 180 in a little over a year.... it can be done if you put your mind to it stay 100 percent dedicated and push yourself. theres no reason to risk your health for results that you could very possibly get naturally and be happy with them.

Completely agree with you it can be done naturally.. my journey has been backwards.. after training 4 years i think its time for me to take this step.. and i did, but i made mistakes while on my first.. now i think ive read about the compounds and gotten a little smarter.
