Have posted my intended cycle below. Would be good to get some opinions from those more experienced than me.
11-12% BF using three point caliper test
Training - Usually get in a morning weights session Mon/Tue and Thur/Fri, followed by 45 mins cardio in the evenings. Sunday for Squats, leg press, deadlifts, leg machines.
Wednesday and Saturday are meant to be rest days but on good weather days may get in some cycling (15 – 20 miles)
12 week cycle
Week 1-12 Test-e300 1ml twice a week
Week 1-5 Tbol 60mg per day
Week 1-12 Aromasin 10mg each day
20 day gap after last Test injection start
Week 15-16 clomid 100mg per day
Week 15-16 Tamaxofin 40mg per day
Week 17-18 Clomid 50mg per day
Week 17-19 Tamaxofin 20mg per day
During cycle will also be taking:
N Acetyl Cysteine
Acetyl L Carnatine
Choline & Inositol
Iron Labs Cycle Support
My TDEE for bulking (10% increase) is approx 2800 daily
56% Carb 25% Protein 27% Fat.
Should I be looking to increase my calorie intake above this while on a cycle?
Also, I have 20 25mg tabs of Anavar from, is it worth adding them towards the end of the cycle to help cut any mid section fat I accumulate during bulk?
