Sustanon and winny

I’ve used a lot of juice for years but I was extremely ignorant about it and would inject deca and test and when deca ran out tren and test and sometime just test I was also partying a lot and never did any pct. I just got out of prison so I have been sober for 3 years and also no juice for 4 years or so. While I was inside I worked out a lot and am in the best shape of my life now. I also have been reading a lot about safety and how to cycle properly and I was thinking about doing sustanon and winny (sus was my favorite) and then clomid nolva and hcg as advised. I’m in pretty good shape naturally now 196 and 6’2”. Do u guys think sus and winny would be a good cycle? I don’t really wanna do too much or get too big.

EDIT: so upon reading a little further I have decided to try CENSORED im about to order will 2 bottles of sus 350 be enough? How often should I use it and I also ordering hucog 5000 and clomid and nolva for pct.

Because I wanna get stronger before when I was using juice I didn’t really train hard and didn’t run a oct I was partying and strung out now that I been sober for 3 years and training hard I’m ready to do it right this time.

Sust and Winny aren't the best combo imo. Test is a bunker and Winny more for cutting. Plus Test and Winny are both rough on Tendons and connective tissue and together they can mean trouble, I got a good case of tennis elbow from that combo.

I agree on the winny front john - It is a great drug for strength and water loss but the sides easily outweight the benefits. I get extremely sore shoulders and wrists on it within only a few days virtually ruining heavy lifting, with the added worry of something snapping/shearing & the dehydration and cramping is extreme - agonising calf cramps in bed, forearms in the shower lol.

Test only is a great cutter. Diet dictates where your bulking or cutting not compounds used

Bro if you only want to gain 14lbs there is no point in putting your body through a cycle. Im assuming you werent eating great in prison so it shoudnt be hard at all for you to get there naturally

I wanna get stronger tho I been hitting gym for six months since I been out and my bench is only 255 deadlift 275 and squat about same doing the 5 x 5 workout twice weekly plus a bunch of other stuff in between and running a lot.

Training bench on a 5 by 5 system twice a week is way too much, you are overtraining. Do a normal ramp up warm up then drop back and do 2 sets to failure at 90% plus of your max then stop. No accessories or assistance work - this will get you stronger and got me to where I am. No need for anything over 3 reps or you will be too sore to hit it properly twice a week.

For sure..way to much lifting heavy to properly recover...when I lift real heavy for straight power I'll do m/w/f with accessories in between...especially heavy deads..it's so taxing on the cns that you need proper time for full recovery or your just straight beating the shit outta yourself and you won't get stronger/grow etc

Eat more and stop running a lot. Based on your profile pcture you are really skinny and arent ready to run a cycle yet. Your diet has to be on point to get the most out of a cycle man. I dont think your eating enough.

6'11" lol you made a typo if your going to start a cycle after 4 years start off with a normal test only cycle I'm wondering if you not doing a pct is what put you in prison

Lol sorry I’m on my phone 6’2 but no I was partying too much and made some bad choices but it’s all worked out for the better cuz I’m sober now. So you think I should just do test only? And how about pct? Do I need to use hcg?

Some things are a blessing in disguise good for you for staying sober like said above in other comments you could get to 210 with just good diet and training and if you insist on cycling use the search function here for first cycle it will have all pct and dosage you need. People underestimate test only cycles
