-1 Ready for second cycle !?

ad

Ive been training seriously for about 5 years now , last year I ran a cycle followed by a coach in intent to enter a bodybuilding competition.

Beginning of 1st cycle : age 24 weight :270 ( BF 22%) height :5’8
- sustanon 250 2x week
- EQ 200 2x week
- 24 wks in I was down to 230 14%BF
- had a meniscus surgery was off for 4 weeks
- started cruising with 300mg test E from week 28 to 34
- week 35-39 raised 600mg test E wk
-wk 40-44 raised to 900mg wk (wk 45-48 I lowered the dosages slowly till I came completely off ( no pct ) , for a femur surgery
- I’ve been off for 7 months now and started geting back to the gym for about a month now still on crutches .
- blood work came out at (250 for Free test ) low vitamin D , LH and FSH levels where “normal”
I’ve been geting fatigued and tired quickly.

Anyhow my goal is to run some test E again with some fat burners for 22 weeks and get in the best shape possible because a I will do another surgery on the other knee within the year . Now I’m at - 255lbs soft and fat eating anything and everything .

-Any and all advices would be considered , is it feasible to run 600mg test E a week with a proper pct and then stop completely for another 6-7 months to recover from surgery ?

Ps I feel like I might have to run some sort of test for ever or with very short breaks like 2-3 months this low test is not worth living with -

22 weeks is a long ass cycle and even more so for a second cycle. Get healthy and lose weight with diet. Try running a power pct and give your HPTA aple amount of time to bounce back. Your only going to make it worse hopping on a 5.5 month cycle. Get all your surgeries done and lose as much body fat as you can first. When you know you can fully commit to a 12 week cycle of test without having to
Take a lot of time off in the near future then you might be ready. Theres no point in running a cycle before your surgery when you wont be able to lift and you will lose everything you worked for.

+2 well stated

For sure , is not entirely about the weight loss but more of my overall feeling, I am limited to bike only and very light no resistance , I’ve never experienced low testosterone before so feeling sluggish everyday , used to smashing 2-3 times a day now geting one time in 3 times a week is a hard change to adapt . Again the more I think about the racional thing to do would be stay off till full recovery from both surgeries

I gotta say there it's so much wrong with everything I just read..u should stay away from gear till you know what your doing.. not bashing ya just saying..24 yrs old..24wk cycle followed by a cruise back to a22 week cycle with no pct.. the trt docs are waiting for ya bro you'll be there soon. .1st cycle should of been test only for12 weeks.. diet and training is all u should be focusing on.. your not helping yourself at all the way your "cycles" are set up.. good luck bro

If I were you I’d train hard naturally and wait until you are recovered from your surgery to even plan a cycle. A lot of people say to wait until you are at least 25 to run your first cycle. If you run a cycle and get surgery you might get even more depressed sitting around watching it all disappear. Hold off man.

I’m 25 going 26 end of year , I’m considering trying natural test booster compounds till my next surgery seems the racional thing to do

How do you keep getting injured? Just regular training? Sports-specific training? Fluke everyday accidents?

rodrigo23's picture

Previous micro injuries from mma and heavy squats no ligaments all bone related .

I know how my body reacts to test and the dosages , my levels being so low now also affects this process of leaning out , that is what’s making me think of another cycle , 1 compound , short period proper pct

heavymetalmonsterD's picture

U probably fried your hpta or close to it.. if u cycle again wait till your older.. get your natural test back to normal man..I never even touched gear till my 30s and i believe that pct is more important than the cycle itself... What's the point of running all that gear if you come off and lose everything from being so shut down.. Hell I know you been off for months but maybe some hcg with a short pct now will help you bounce back and feel better.. but honestly if you don't bounce back that year long cycle is too blame for sure

For sure I’m aware of the damage , but I take it as a lesson, at the time I was planing on running test year long till another prep came along , hard lesson learned

Post your bloods or it didnt happen.

Never mi)nd your goal to run test again. (your brain hasnt finished maturing by 24, you should be waiting until late 20's.

I’ve been geting fatigued and tired quickly.

Whoahhh there betsy, what is this? Whats happening here? This is important....

@beardmuscle I’ve been an athlete sence 17 cutting weight and dieting for Mma fights sence 18 , I know what to do to loose weight , but losing weight and geting in shape with a full hard shape isn’t easy with or with out steroids , ps: I’m not pigging out but I’m not eating 4-6 meals neither , and yes coach sold me gear for the first 24 weeks afterward I found a different supplier, I also educated my self in the most basics like (test, tren, eq, win, deca, dbol, peptides etc.) so competitive bodybuilding wise I’m not touching any of those drugs not for another 4 years or so , what I’m thinking here is test and test only get the best out of it with the lowest dosages and a proper pct which I didn’t do last time ,

If u are gonna cycle this is exactly where your thinking should be at..I still think you should wait a few years but it's a choice only u can make bro..

Thank you for bringing this up to the community. You clearly do need help.

I’ll be the first to agree with you. No way is it easy. It takes hard work bro. I put in ten years in the trenches dealing with my natural limitations on recovery, joint health, and overall strength. Frustrated and angry, watching kids blow past me who jumped on tren in high school. Guess what? I’m jacked, healthy, with a full head of hair. They aren’t.

Recently I did a cut that had me training upwards of four hours a day some days. Hours of cardio. Dieting till I got dizzy. This stuff is difficult. You don’t have to take it to the extreme but for me, for my metabolism, that’s what I had to do.

If you’ve done competitive mma your conditioning should be impressive so I would just focus on cardio for now. Getting your natural levels back up and running, and seeing a doctor regularly. Do you have health insurance?
Giardiap got you above, that’s worrisome. Get your heart checked out ASAP.

FYI your coach was a peice of shit for supplying you and directing you down this path. He did not have your best interests at heart. Be wary of anything that guy says in the future.

Shit, my hair was going before I ever thought about touching a steroid lol. Legit love the look though. Wouldn’t go back to hair even if I could.

That’s what I thought; that coach was very seedy to put a 24 y/o on that much shit. It’s worse when women are involved and a coach is trying to produce a figure or bikini winner. They sell these young ladies pills, don’t even tell them what they are, next thing they know they’re on winstrol and getting sides. It’s messed up

Bearded_muscle's picture

Or worse, they feed them illicit fat burners and the girls end up with cataracts.

heavymetalmonsterD's picture

Absolutely a shitbag coach for sure.. well said bro

For sure I’ve been screwed twice by coaches and their sups , both times felt under dosed , I’ve had my trials and errors never with test but with winstrol-v at 20yo , the diets I would do to cut for a fight are resicules we talking eating 1000cal burning 5k a day loosing 2-3 pounds a week sometimes more that kinda ruined my metabolism , I’m not totally concerned about loosing the weigh I know just dieting will shave off 10-15 pounds : ps: I’m limited to hard cardio just now starting bike very slowly ,

  • I did get a ekg and checked all my vitals everything was normal ,
  • It takes a lot of caffeine , preworkout to get me going to do anything everyday it’s just sluggish , I am considering taking a few natural test boosters compounds and see how it all plays out .

Pct is key bro

For sure , now I know I am staking a couple of hcg’s and clomide for the future

Considering you’re having an surgery planned, why would you even touch hormones at this point.
Leave PEDs for competitive athletes.
BF percentage however can be managed by applying
right type and length of activity and balancing your nutrition.
Would recommend not to touch any hormones

Bearded_muscle's picture

I hear where you’re coming from, but anabolics are for athletes who want to take an already polished physique/performance and push it beyond their limits.
They are NOT for getting in shape. The results will disappoint, they will not last, and the health impact will be greater if you continue the way you’re going.
You have to commit to a nutrition plan year round. There are many resources on here for diet plans that are tried and true.

Why all the surgeries? You’re a young guy. Also, did this coach sign off on you starting a show prep over 20% bf? And did he sell you the gear?

heavymetalmonsterD's picture

Agreed...
