So I’ve been on TRT for 3 years 200mg/w test E now and seeing what people would suggest about a test E 500 and deca 300 a week cycle? I’ve done some reading on pct and understand it’s the most important part of the cycle and would like to see what you guys would suggest for pct for this cycle as well.

Doberman called it! After 3 years of TRT if you do a cycle it's best to go back to TRT at 200mg/W Test E. PCT after this long on TRT would be very, very difficult to say the least!

basskiller89I am an advocate of incorporating Nolvadex, Clomid and HCG into a PCT. I believe that 8 weeks is IMO what worked best for me. I even extended the Nolvadex and Clomid protocols to 12 weeks based on how I felt. Made PCT extremely easy
Not trying to be a dick but it does really help to read whats in the op’s post. He has been on trt for 3 years. Its in the first sentence......

Are you on Doc’s supervision with your trt or self medicating ?? And what’s the goal of all this??
The goal ? Probably smallballs like its nickname implies ... I can be wrong, but honestly I found there are some new ppl here who are really dodgy ... or smell fishy (correct ? My English is far from good ...).
DobermannIts called blast and cruise bro,not pct thats if you take actual time off a trt regimen.you dont so just blast and then cruise onto trt dose.;)

RustyhookerA pic and priors is most helpful. But if youre sub 15% then your goals need your food to match of course. With trt only as a prior, it wouldnt need to be a crazy cycle for a boost. 600 test and provi 50mg per day. Fun, simple, and effective. Week 5 test e2 so you can adjust/start ai. It really is the gym and food though. Gear is simply recovery.

That's not trt for what I understand as I pct but hope You understand that you have been on full cycle for 3 year (unless bloods proved otherwise)hope you can recover with a pct good luck bud this site has a lot information and may want to see an endo.

You don't need to do pct, if you will stay at trt after your cycle. Or do you want to change your name to "bigballs" right after your cycle? Then you have much more to learn, mate
