G'day Champions,

Not sure if I am posting in the right place of the forum as I am new here.

I am 172 Cm
Started from 82 Kg current 92 Kg
age: 37
BF: started around 17 % (not sure if it is accurate) current 17% accurate.
been train for long time (15 years) without any real result i gained strength without any noticeable mass.

Today I am finishing my 4th week from my very first cycle I ever run (10 wks test E 500 mg + Dbol 30 mg for the first 4 week).
took Dex as the following:
0.25 mg E3D from wk2.
then increased to:
0.5 mg E3D in Wk3
then
0.5 mg EOD in Wk4.

I am planning to start HCG 500ui/week from wk5 till wk12.
PCT would be:
W13-W14 Noval 40mg + Clomid 100 mg/ Day.
W15-W16 Noval 20 mg + Clomid 50 mg/Day.

My Testo test before cycle was (22 nmol/l) and at the end of Wk4 result was giving (>52 nmol/L) {range from 10-35}. and still waiting for estradiol result to come.
During those 4 wks i gained 10 kg and very noticeable result in term of shape and muscle mass (I know most of it might be water waiting to see after doping the Dbol).

I learned a lot of experience about my body reaction during this period with the stuff where i can't mention everything here (red face, high pressure, night sweats, frequent urinate etc..).

Now come to the questions:
1.my liver function ASP 97 U/L and ALa 82 U/L, any advise or it will be okay once I dropped the Dbol.

  1. any comment on the PCT guys, I know i did big mistake when i didn't started Dex from day one, and i believe my estrogen was up to the roof because of Dbol (i knew the difference when i increased Dex dose!!) but i am worry to be too late and i might Have gyno in Wk7 ??? i know i might look idiot but sorry guys have no experience and just trying to predict and do the necessary if i could to prevent. (I can'r see any gyno ATM)

3.the Test result > 52 nmol/ L taken, how it read??? is it really my test level only 52??? is that good enough for wk4 or this is Cap??? if so what the best way to get Blood work.

  1. any advise on the workout routine how many days i should train and how many cardio, I am on 3400 Cal ATM 30 Protein/ 30 Fat/ 40 Carb, my last accurate body fat read 17% though i am sitting now around 92 Kg and look like balloon (didn't drop the Dbol yet).

Alright way to go...was it from the test or the dbol??? I wonder which one???

Your diet sucks! So does your workouts. Get em straight bruh or youll just lose it all.

The Dbol may have been a bit much for your first ever cycle run as it would have been better just running test alone, but Dbol is still a very effective compound for building strength and power if thats what you are after also despite some of its cons..

Totally agree... It might be better if I didn't start with.
but ATM i don't see any harm of using it as it gave me great mod and power (and mass but not sure if it is real or will stand after i drop)

I am thinking that 52nmol/dl is the cap of the test. Better check to see it that is the case. If it is not, then your test is underdosed if you have been on 500mg/ml and going into your 5th wk.

the lab themselves don't like to discuss such details directly with patients and they directed me to my GP who doesn't has any clue and don't care to look up the things for me!!

But doing search on net, many lads saw them talking about this magic number (52 nmol/L) and they still happy not sure if it is kind of lab protocol stuff in certain countries!!!
remember i have (>) before that number wish if i can attached or know how to attach photo.

liver values elevated which is expected from the dbol. Drop the orals and they will come back in line.

52 nmol = 1499 ng/dl average level is 500-600 ng/dl.

So your test levels for 4 weeks in are good.

Why the Dbol ? 15 years of lifting and the first aas you jump to is Dbol , bad idea bro . Your gonna puff up and bloat while the Dbol aromatases and plays hell on you. I know the internet is full of forums praising Dbol as a good beginner compound, its not , it is in fact one of the only compounds outside of testosterone that aromatases, and it builds little to no actual muscle.

Bro drop the Dbol and stick to the test, fix your diet , sitting at 17% bf and running Dbol does not make any since at all. Most of the info you have gathered from blood test can really only be read properly by a physician, at least in my opinion bro.

1500 at week 4 is crap unless its capped. Gotta check values. At week 4 uncapped hed better be 3200 or more imo. :)

Many thanks Mate for the advise, i'v already finished the 4wks Dbol and not taking any more.

the BW test been made after 24 hours from the pin, you don't think 1500 ng/dl too low?
I saw somewhere guys talking about 4000 and 5000 ng/dl for 500 mg test/ week!!!

do you have any link or reference please talking about the subject, i couldn't get to anything solid in regard.

in regard my liver function my GP refuse to comment on anything when he knew i am on gear and he said clean the shit first and come back to me!!! this is why i am wondering if anything known for Dbol or I am having real problem not related to the gear!

As far as your liver values are concerned bro , I am not gonna pass any advice on that , because I am not a Doctor. What you could do is take your liver value numbers to an online MD, find a specialist ,but you will have to fork out the $$.

It is going to take more than 2wks for your liver values to get back in line. More likely a month or two if still on cycle and lifting hard. Get on some liver supps if you haven't already. Best thing when planning on running orals is to preload liver supps at least 2 wks before and continue for at least 2 wks after.

First of all.
Welcome and hello.
Second - spend some more time reading rules here, and simply learning things, people here can sometimes guide you in right direction but nobody will spoon feed you.
There is sooo much information here in forums. Use the (magnifier glass) icon on top of your screen to look up info.

Then I must say- Eat,eat and one more time eat
Get your diet in check.

4th - too much compounds for first cycle.
Why you need dbol?
You will learn in time that in this game quality beats quantity.

Thanks Mate, you are right...but you can't imagine how much i read and as much as you read as much as you confuse more especially for person with no experience like me.

in regard my previous training, i been doing swimming, cycling and some wrestling stuff so i never learned/ followed the right rule of make muscle before and never went to bulk/diet cycle my whole life (you can consider) was as maintenance!!!

I read many confused stuff about!! there are a lot of arguments and debates in regard!!!

But in your opinion i will loss the 10 Kg which i gained during the 4wks !!! It will be nightmare...

I mentioned hoping someone can help from the same country as they should be certain and know exactly that Lab protocol and help me to get my BW done in the right place.
