+ 2 My First Cycle

I'm going to prepare to my first cycle for next summer.

I'm not a novice.

I've been training for 16 yrs and now I'm 32.

I've build a pretty natural body, here is my stats:

HEIGHT: 178cm
WHEGHT: 84Kg
BF: 8%

However, after all these years I've very little improvements now staing natty.

I think I can gain a lot also with a very light cicyle.

I'm not searching for huge masses.

I'm searching for muscolar quality and "rock" appereance.

The cycle I'm thinking to run is this:

1-12wk Testo C 0.5ml (125mg) E2D
1-12wk Primo 1 ml (200mg) E2D
1-8wk anavar 10mg (1tab) twice day ED
1-12wk anastrazole 0.5tab E2D

PCT start wk 16
1wk clomid 100mg
2wk clomid 100mg
3wk clomid 50mg
4wk clomid 50mg

What do you think about that?

Bloods are fine.

However, last time I had testosterone (Total and free) on the low range and cortisol and prolactin on the high end.

I think it was so as I dieted and trained hard for months before I made bloods.

Here is some data of my last Blood made in 28/4/2017:

Total Testosterone: 350pg/ml (range 200 to 1080)
Free Testosterone: 15.6ng/dl (range 5.6 to 48.0)
LH: 1.80mUI/ml (range 0.75 to 12.0)
Cortisol: 158.0ng/ml (range 55.0 to 287.0)
PRL: 8.80ng/ml (range 2.64 to 13.13)
FT3: 4.20 pmol/l (range 4.20 to 6.70)
FT4: 10.31p.mol/l (range 7.86 to 15.96)
TSH: 1.785uIU/ml (range 0.350 to 5.000)
GOT: 33U/l (<50)
GPT: 32U/l (<50)
TG: 99mg/dl (range 60 to 172)
LDL: 121 mg/dl (<130)
HDL: 45 mg/dl (>35)

I always count my macros.

Now I'm here:

PRO: 160 gr
CARBS: 480 gr
FAT: 50 gr

I'm going to bulk improving carbs to 700 and little reducing pro but keeping my bf under 12%.

I've tested over the years that my body works and lookks better with high amount of carbs and soo much water (5/6 l/day).

I train 4 time/week like that :

WO1: chest/shoulder/tricep/abs
WO2: back/bicep/abs
WO3: Legs/abs
WO4: shoulder/bicep/tricep (my bad points) and abs

After bulking I'll cut again but don't reducing too much carbs as I did before and trying to become as lean as possible (<8%).

Then, on the first part of summer I'm going to bulk again and is where I want to put my first cycle.

I don't want to put my cycle while starving.

I want to put it when I'm improving calories (and protein this time) in order to keep full power from cycle.

Yes, I think a only Testosterone cycle is the best thing for me.

First cycle to see how your body react to the hormone throw mild steroid it’s mistake imo 500 mg test better than what you have planned
For example
if you have turboed engine when you put a tune on a turboed engine, the stage one tune will be massive power gain the stages 2 3 and 4 will be a lot less significant
Plus get blood test before starting your cycle that’s your baseline blood

As stated below it would be a good idea to just stick to Test for your first cycle.

AI dose seems a bit high. You need estrogen to build muscle among many other bodily functions. Everyone responds differently but for me on 500mg of test C taking 0.5mg anastrozole every 2 days would have my E2 at zero in no time.

+1 for staying natty and building out a great base the last 16 years.

Imo 500 mgs of test should always be the first cycle. Safe and effective.
