Honestly i never saw any report from test only recomp and that's why im not sure if it's even possible. The thing is that my TDEE is very low due to being a manlet + having a sedentary job that makes me pretty much immobile all day. Because of my low tdee i absolutely hate cutting and bulking is too easy and i always end up spilling over. I would like to add some size but im too fat to just bulk so i tought about recomping. I've got trouble sleeping already so i don't want to pin tren right now. What would you recommend?

1st stop eating all the donuts and take out food that people do at sedentary jobs. Prep your meals.
Spend at least 60% of your time on your nutrition. Then do some cardio/conditioning work that burns cals.
Then actually try lifting weights and not fawking off and wasting time in the gym.
Same excuse all the time. I want to be big, jacked and ripped but i dont want to put the work in.
Want to add size but too fat. Want to get huge and strong but dont want to lose my abs. i'm a hardgainer and cant put on weight but a small child eats more than me.

If you can ride two horses at the same time with one ass, then by all means go for your recomp. For the rest of us mortals recomping doesn't work to well.

You have to start burning those calories. Do as much physical activity as you can. Cardio, walks, swimming, bicycle, etc, while keeping your diet clean. No steroid or suplement on this planet will help you cut without hard work, sweat and probably some tears.

If you're too fat to bulk then why be on test, you're just going to gain 10 lbs of water weight then moon face and you'll turn into a moon pie
