help controlling estrogen

so I am about to start a 3rd steroid cycle and was wondering if anyone knows what estrogen blocker to take on this cycle.
recent cycles: 500mg test-e, 500mg tren-e per week. (10 week tren, 12 week test)
2nd cycle: 250mg test-e, 500mg tren-e per week. ( 10 week tren, 12 week test)
So I got some gyno on both of these cycles (that is the reason I dropped the test to 250mg on second cycle) because I didnt run any estrogen blocker besides arimidex when I already had it.
Now I am about to start:
250mg test-e/150mg eq (blend) and 600mg deca. (10 week test, 12 week deca)
with a 30mg dbol, 4 week duration.
Does anyone have experience with this cycle and knows what estrogen blocker to take? not sure if im going to take letro first 4 weeks and arimidex for the last 8 weeks. very gyno prone, and still have lumps behind nipple so regrowth will be there without e-blocker.
I know deca is a 19-nor compound like tren, so it might be prolactin related gyno

You didn't mention Aromasin. AI's work differently for each person. You have to experiment to find out which ones work best for you.
If you know some of it might be prolactin; why aren't you using Caber?
Alphamale500I'm not going to be a cosigner for your 3rd cycle because it's seems like you need to do a lot more research before using gear again, especially with ancillaries. And I'd really recommend that you do the proper research on Cabergoline, Pramipexole, and the 3 most used AI's; Arimidex, Aromasin, and Letrozole. Start with that!

If you were getting the proper bloodwork on a frequent enough basis and had your Arimidex correctly dosed, you probably could have avoided that issue to begin with. So I wish you good luck with everything and please remember to do your proper research and always stay on top of your bloodwork!
tren e in first cycle... apparently no experience with bloodwork ... no ai .. etc .. sad
PcushionYou are shooting the in the dark. You should run some blood work in order to dial in you AI. Arimidex you be more than suffieoat controlling estrogen given it’s dialed in via bloodwork.
