First Ever Cycle - Test E

Hi,
Just looking for opinions on my first ever cycle. Stats are as follows:
Age - 30
Height - 6ft
Weight - 200lbs
BF - 14%
I've been training properly about 4 years now put on some good mass but sort of feel I need an extra kick now and have toyed with the idea of doing a mild cycle for a while but now feel actually ready. I have everything to hand and plan on doing a lean bulk cycle in around two weeks just want to cut a tiny bit more first, will be bulking on about 3,500 cals per day.
I have thoroughly researched this cycle but just want opinions from people with experience. I want to do everything right which is why I have gone with the HCG even with a mild cycle? Have taken HGH before and have some left so will run with the test. I know people will say start with 500mg test but I want to start out lower to see how my body reacts, can always go higher in future.
Any comments/advice welcome.

it was a big success but not without diet and consistency, without that wouldnt have gained a single pound

probably vets dont recommand this, but from previous cycles experience i would never run a single cycle without proviron

Thanks for everyone’s reply. Ok so I defo need to up calories by sound of it. I went from about 185 to 210ish on a long bulk last year but been cutting on about 2800-3000cals for a while but i’m Starting to hit a wall now and starting to loose muscle but I like being leanish year round. Reason for wanting to cycle is so I can stay real lean and get to about 215-220 @ 10/11% bf. I train 4x per week atm weights and cardio twice a week will prob stay the same on cycle just up the volume n intensity.
My cycle would be 12 weeks:
Test - 300mg p/w (want to start low see how it effects me)
Hgh- 2ius 5x p/w (did 6 months last year, have 6 months supply left)
Arimidex- 0.25 E3D - can adjust depending on sides
Pct:
Hcg - 500ui per week - from weeks 8 - 13
Clomid - 50/50/25/12.5
Nolva - 40/20/20/20

I have all the above in hand currently.

Calories - 4,000 on cycle and throughout pct to try and keep any gains.
Would anyone do anything different from experience?

In my opinion if your going to shut yourself down you might as well run at least 400mg test.... props to you for wanting to
Start low man. Dont start your AI until week 3 and the only way to know how to adjust it is getting blood work done. Going by “feel” isnt going to cut it.

What's your diet gone to look like when you start what training program are you gone to be doing. It's more to making gains then just running test. 3,500 cal isn't a whole lot how much are you eating now? How many days will you be training when you start and how many are you training now?

Your post about the HCG is confusing? You have room to grow and need to eat more! At 30 you haven't hit the middle aged metabolism yet! If you do decide on a cycle you can really eat a lot more to help the Gear work!

Thanks for your reply. I got up to 218lbs before, bulking on about 3500-3700 cals but its taken ages to cut down properly without loosing the mass so im looking at a cycle just to speed things up. if I can get back up to about 220 lean at about 12% that is my aim. Any thoughts on the actual cycle itself if its showing on here?

You are putting to much faith in the steroids. They don't make up for an inadequate diet. Your stats are a big flashing red light with a loud siren blaring that your diet is not right for what you are trying to accomplish. You need to be more concerned about that first and foremost because any success you want to have in this game to going to hinge on that. It is an easy fix. It would be so easy to put another 15 lbs or so of muscle on you without even sniffing a steroid. Come back in three months after following this to a T and then you will be primed for a cycle. I have a feeling though that you will have reached your goal of a lean 220 by then. Once you get there I would be looking at a solid 240 as a long-term goal instead which is when you will actual need to be running cycles to hit that goal. Getting to a lean 215-220 should be relatively pretty easy without a cycle given your current stats Save a cycle for when it is really needed and by that time you should realize how to implement a successful diet for gains which will be paramount when running any cycle.

I am thinking you have alot of room to put on some easy muscle before trying to run a cycle. You aren't gaining any weight because you are probably eating like bird. 3,500 cals isn't going to put weight on you, even if you do run a cycle. That would be barely enough just for maintenance. So that is your problem right there. Hit 4K cals for a couple of months first and then come back and tell us if you feel the need to run cycle. That in itself should put an easy 10-15 keepable pounds on you and just think you did't have to stress your body with a cycle either.
